"What?" I questioned looking at him, widening my eyes.

"Don't look at me with so much love." he laughed and pulled me closer to him. I turned my head in another direction with disgust, trying to release my hands from his grip or push him away but he was stronger than I thought.

"Your parents were cruel" I glared at him for uttering rubbish.

"Don't say a word against my parents." Tears streamed from my eyes. "You're his brother... How could you kill him?"

"They deserve it," he said, tucking my hair behind my ear.

"Don't touch me" I growled and then looked into his eyes to convey I'm not scared of him despite I was shivering in fear.

"Why are you getting angry? Your parents were devils who ruined many lives"

"Yeah and you're the most amazing person in the world" I mocked him and laughed to show him I don't believe a single word he utter.

"I'm not saying I'm a saint," He laughed. "I wanted this throne but your dad never let me shine. He snatched everything from me because he was stronger and today I snatched everything from him because I'm smarter" he smirked and then turned my head towards everyone.

"They all hated your parents because of what they are and I used their hatred in my favour and killed your parents but do you know why I didn't kill you?" he asked and spun me towards him.

"Because I love you, darling. From the moment you hit the teenage age, I wanted to have you"

"You jerk" I slapped hard on his cheek but soon I regretted it when he slapped me in return and I fell on the ground. I realised I made the biggest mistake by hitting him. He took my slap on his ego.

"You bitch" he kneeled and yanked my hair behind, making me scream in pain.

"It seems like her parents didn't teach her how to behave but don't worry I will" He grinned and made me stand forcefully, holding my hair. Before I could do something or protest, he ripped the sleeves of my gown using his claws, startling me. I quickly held my gown from above before it slipped down and embarrassed me in front of everyone. The thought of it scared my soul.

He laughed seeing my fear while I was shocked to say something. He held my arm and started dragging me towards a room. I bit on his hand and pushed him away.

"Dare you to touch me" I shouted, breathing heavily and holding my gown with one hand. I wanted to kill him but had no power to do so. He started laughing before grabbing my hair again and yanking my head back.

"Ahh," I whimper, struggling to get out of his grip.

"I always wanted to make you mine and today I will" He smirked and started trailing kisses on my neck.

"Alpha" Sebastian stopped and turned to look at the beta of the pack who called him.

"Let's do a proper ceremony because if the Alpha of the Red Moon pack gets to know that you forced yourself on Princess Nora, he wouldn't like it. I would suggest you first mark her in a proper mating ceremony then you can do whatever you want with her." I scrunched my eyebrow after hearing him, unable to understand anything. The Red Moon pack is the biggest Pack in the werewolf's world but there is no connection between both packs.

"What does the Alpha of the Red Moon pack have to do with this pack?" I thought and then shook my head, not caring what link both the pack shares but whatever it had it worked in my favour. I could figure out something in the meantime

"Fine... Mary locked her inside her room. I will mark her the day after tomorrow. Till then everyone prepares for the mating ceremony" He instructed the maid. Mary grabbed my hand and pushed me inside the room. Tears were continuously falling down my eyes.

"Change your dress" Mary hissed and left the room. I took out a dress from the Wardrobe and changed into it. I do not want anyone to see me in a ripped dress.

"No... I won't let that monster mark me. I won't" I sobbed and sat on the ground, trying to figure out what I should do now and how to escape from here. After a while, I heard a knock on the door which I ignored purposely.

"I think you should kill yourself" I raised my head and looked at my side to see who is giving me such fruitful advice, only to find Mary standing at the door with a plate of food.

"If I were you then I would have killed myself." She muttered then kept the tray on the bed.

"I heard he will come at night to make you his when everyone will be dozing off." She continued when I didn't respond. My eyes shot up and my body shivered in fear at the thought of that jerk touching me.

"Jump from this window if you want to save yourself" She said, pointing at the the glass window at the corner of my bedroom, showing me the way to run away from Sebastian or say a way to kill myself. This room is on the fourth floor. If I jumped from here then the chances of my survival are minimal.

"Why are you helping me?" I asked because now I understood everyone hates my parents and me here. The reason is still mysterious to me.

"Because I want you to die," She said in a stern tone telling the truth without any hesitation. It would be a lie if I said animosity in her eyes didn't surprise me.

"This much hatred for me" I muttered, seeing the amount of hatred these people were holding inside them.

"Your father killed my daughter. I wanted to do the same but I'm a weak omega. I couldn't go against an alpha. When Sebastian said he would kill your dad, I was ecstatic, thinking he would kill you as well but that stupid maid dropped juice over your dress and you got saved then out of nowhere, Alpha Sebastian announced you as our Luna and I don't want it to happen that's why I came here." She smirked. I took my step away from her, understanding her intentions were not good for me.

"Either you jump out of this window or I will push you" She said in a threatening tone before lugging at me. Thanks to Moon Goddess, I was on time and dodged her attack but she wasn't someone who gave up easily. She picked up the vase from the side table and hit on my head.

"Ah" I whimpered and touched my head feeling something wet on my fingers. I hissed in pain and then looked at my hand which was now covered in my blood.

"You have to pay for your father's deed" She hissed and slapped me. Unable to balance myself, I fell to the ground. My head was spinning and throbbing with pain. She took out a wolfsbane from her pocket.

"I know soon you're going to morph into a wolf as it's your eighteen birthday but I don't want your wolf to heal you." She smirked and injected me with wolfsbane before I would've understood anything and protested.

"You know what I'm going to do now?" She sat beside me and caressed my hair while I was praying to the moon goddess not to kill me before I killed the killer of my parents.

"I want to torture you more but I don't have time. Our Alpha can enter this room any time and I can't take that risk" She stood up and held my hand, dragging me on the ground towards the window.

"Let's end your misery" She muttered, making me stand. I was trying to push her but all my attempts were in vain because of my head injury and wolfsbane in my system.

She smirked at my fragile attempts and pushed me towards the window. The glass cracked because of the sudden smash and my weight.

Broken pieces of glass pierced in my body and I screamed in pain. I hold the frame of the window to balance myself despite the broken pieces of glass cutting my palm.

"Arghh... You're so stubborn" she hissed and kicked me, making me lose my grip and my body fall back.

The next thing, I knew my body was in the air. I closed my eyes, waiting for my body to hit the ground and feel the pain of breaking all bones but surprisingly it never happened. Instead I felt someone's arms around me.

"Wow... I always heard apples fall from trees but no, even girls fall from them." I opened my dizzy eyes to look at the person after hearing his comment, realising someone saved me. His face was covered with a mask. Only his blue hazel mesmerising eyes were visible.

"Who are y--You?" I asked, wincing because of the intense pain in my head.

"Your Knight in Shining Armor" That's the last word I heard from his mouth because everything after he said fell to deaf ears as I was losing consciousness. I raised my hand to remove his mask but my body didn't support me and darkness embraced me in my arms like my saviour embraced me.
