CHAPTER 3

"I called you, but you dropped the call. Look what mess are you in now," my friend blamed me.

We are now in a cafe near the mall.

"Do you know anything I did when I was drunk?" I asked desperately.

She sighed deeply before looking at me with frustration. "You don't really remember what happened?" she questioned back.

"Darn it, Ayesha, will I ask if there is?" I answered—annoyed before drinking my coffee.

She also drank from her cup before starting the story.

"I was drunk back then but I kinda remember what happened," her introduction.

"You left our place, maybe to find a way for us to get home, but I was surprised when you came back with someone. Yes, it's your freaking hot husband to be.."

I sat up and listened to her more.

"He's supporting you, girl you look like a mess that time. HAHAHA!"

She laughed hard like she can still see what I look like at that moment.

"So I asked him why he was there and why he was holding you. He answered it was just a coincidence that we're in the same bar and then Tito called just in time. Tito asked him to take us home. "

"Then fast forward, we're in his car that time. HAHAHA! You said, "Hey fiancé, can you stop the car for a while? I'm going to puke", girl you really lost your poise that moment."

She laughed as she told the story while I did nothing but cover my face in shame.

"Maybe your fiancé was scared as fvck to dirt his car so he stopped. You hurriedly get out then, you almost stumbled because you could not walk properly. He's like a super hero who immediately followed to support you," she said tremblingly like a teenager madly in love.

"After that, you took me home. That's where  my memory last because I was only there until then. But before I went down I heard you talking to him.. " She looked at me seriously this time so I swallowed hard in nervous.

"W-what? What did I say for you to look me like that?" I asked nervously.

"Bitch, you just asked him to sleep with you. No, not just asked, you pleaded for heaven's sake."

I was dumbfounded by what she said. Ayesha is not a liar.

"Fvck Ayesha. Fvck,”  I muttered a curse and processed everything all together.

That's why I woke up next to him.

"ANDREI Villa Cruz, your fiancé Ms. Monasterio."

My jaw dropped as I stared at him. He's my freaking fiancé?

"C-cassandra M-monasterio," I barely manage to say then handed my hand.

I don't know if I was just imagining it or I really saw him smile. I felt like this is the most embarrassing event of my entire life.

I slept with my fiancé? I fvcking slept with him.

"I'm glad because it looks like you and your soon to be husband get along well," Daddy whispered to us.

I was no longer able to continue my eating due to shock and embarrassment.

"Yes. I was even surprised when you forced Andrei to sleep with you, "Mommy said happily.

So it's true. I only answered them with a raw smile and then drank my water. Knowing my parent, they would not really stop me when I wanted something so it is not surprising that they left that man in my room.

"I won't mind if you make a child this early. Haha! "Daddy laughed.

I was so drenched that the water I was drinking almost came out of my nose.

"Dear, are you okay?" Mommy asked worriedly. I just raised my hand as a sign that I'm fine.

The man in front of me laugh then looked at my father.

"Hmmm, Daddy we are not in a hurry, but that is a good idea,” he said without hesitation then turned his gaze to me.

He gave me a playful smile before eating again.

Dream on Asshole over my drop dead gorgeous body.

"AHMMM Cass, isn't that your fiancé? " I was taken aback when Ayesha grabbed my attention.

She's looking behind my back so I looked at what she was referring to.

I tsk-ed. "You see, we haven't been married  yet he's now currently with a woman, now, tell me again that I'm lucky with him," I said while watching my fiancé with his lover.

They look like a couple that dating tsk!

"Whoa? Are you affected b*tch?" She mocked at me.

I glared at her before refocusing on the two. They seem to be busy with each other and do not care about those around them so they did not notice that we are watching them.

Hey asshole your soon to be wife is here.

"You'll do nothing? Like hide, spy him, take pictures or whatever?" Ayesha asked as she drank from her cup again.

I rolled my eyes then just focused my attention on my coffee and her. "What for? As if I care." I stated.

"Maybe he was just taking advantage of his adolescence before he married you. AHAHA! Or maybe he knew that you have no experience in bed so he decided to have fun first."

I could almost spit out the coffee I was drinking on her face while she even laughed out loud at my reaction.

"What the fvck? Ayesha Samaniego!"  I cursed.

"Ooops! I think I just caught your fiancé's attention." she shrugged before pointing her eye behind me.

I immediately turned around and our eyes met. I could not even see the shock in his eyes that annoyed me a little.

And you are proud to be seen ?

Instead of leaving or hiding, it just really doesn’t matter to him that I see them. Wow!

"Do you think he will come to us?" Ayesha asked.

I turned my gaze back to my friend. I adjusted my seat then looked at her seriously.

"Ohhh!" she exclaimed, almost covering his mouth while pointing at my face.

"You're pissed," amazed, she continued.

"Who would not? You're talking nonsense," I spat.

"Okay, okay, so seriously speaking Cass. Are you really going to marry him?" she asked.

I let out a deep sigh before leaning back in my seat. I shake my cup as if I could find an answer there.

"I just want my father to be happy. If marrying him is the only choice I have, I will do it," I answered seriously.

"I understand your point. You know I care for you. I just don't want you to regret your decisions."

I smiled a little. "I know, thank you. Maybe we'll just do a set up. Besides, after the wedding I'll be busy too."

She raised an eyebrow at me.

"I will learn to run our business so that Daddy can focus on himself. I think it's time for me to be responsible," I stated then gave her a warm smile.

I could see the edge of her tears. "Argh! This is why I hate serious conversations. I hate dramas. The fvck."

We both just laughed. I looked outside the café where a lot of cars were passing.

I hope my marriage with him will be fine. Even if I just insisted on agreeing to it I still can't help but hope that I will have a good husband who will appreciate me.

"When will you get married again?"

"Tomorrow," I answered then smiled bitterly.

"THE FVCK? SERIOUSLY!" she spoke loudly so other people looked at us in the café.

I just bowed my face in shame.

"And here you are, drinking coffee with me instead of checking your gown, food, ring, etc.," she said incredulously.

"They said everything was okay so we shouldn't bother," I shrugged.

She rubbed his temple and then gave me a failed look. I just smiled at her to ease her disappointment.

I guess my dream wedding and ideal man won't ever be happened.
