At that, the hall suddenly went quiet. Everyone seemed to hold their breathes. Even those eating froze halfway.

A servant who was just entering then, paused mid-step. The faint sound of her leather shoe sends a sharp sound through the silence with a loud echo.

Everyone’s gaze was fixed on one person. “King Dravon.”

‎‎And then, they looked at each other, exchanging frightening gazes as his words sank in.

‎I was also in the same state. Shocked and rooted to the spot, with my eyes on King Dravon.

It suddenly felt as though the silk gown became tighter, or maybe it was just me.

‎King Dravon’s voice had just dropped a bomb, and the fallout was everywhere.

Unlike everyone, he sat still. He looked calm and relaxed, unperturbed by the people's reaction.

It seemed like he expected them to react this way.

‎“I will not repeat myself,” Dravon warned, seeking an immediate response.

This sentence shifted the air, thickening it with more tension and disbelief.
