Ariana POV

Monday arrived faster than anyone wanted.

The campus felt completely different from the previous week. The excitement was still there, but now it mixed with something heavier. Graduation robes appeared everywhere. Families were beginning to arrive. Students walked around carrying flowers, gifts, and carefully planned schedules.

Everything suddenly felt real. This wasn't a future event anymore. It was happening. Tomorrow. The thought should have terrified me. Oddly enough, it didn't.

  • CRAVING THE BAD BOY   200 - The last roll call

Ariana POVGraduation morning arrived with far less sleep than I had planned. My alarm wasn't responsible. Neither was excitement. The real reason was that my phone had spent most of the night vibrating with messages from friends, family members, and classmates who suddenly remembered important things they needed to say before graduation.By six-thirty in the morning, I had already received three congratulations messages from relatives, two motivational quotes from my mother, and an alarming number of photographs from Maya documenting her preparation process. The first picture showed her graduation outfit. The second showed her backup graduation outfit. The third showed her emergency backup graduation outfit. I wasn't entirely sure why anyone needed three graduation outfits, but arguing with Maya before sunrise felt dangerous. When I finally arrived on campus, the entire university seemed transformed. Colorful banners hung from buildings. Families walked through the grounds carrying f

Ariana POVMonday arrived faster than anyone wanted. The campus felt completely different from the previous week. The excitement was still there, but now it mixed with something heavier. Graduation robes appeared everywhere. Families were beginning to arrive. Students walked around carrying flowers, gifts, and carefully planned schedules.Everything suddenly felt real. This wasn't a future event anymore. It was happening. Tomorrow. The thought should have terrified me. Oddly enough, it didn't. Not entirely. For the first time in weeks, I felt calm. Maybe it was because I had finally stopped fighting myself.Maybe it was because I no longer felt trapped between uncertainty and possibility. Whatever the reason, something inside me had settled. That peace lasted exactly forty-three minutes. Then Maya appeared. She burst into the student center carrying a clipboard. A clipboard. Nobody carrying a clipboard during graduation week could be trusted. "There you are!"I immediately regretted m

  • CRAVING THE BAD BOY   198 - No More Almost

Ariana POVSunday arrived carrying a strange kind of pressure. Not the overwhelming pressure that came from exams or deadlines. Not the anxiety that usually accompanied major life decisions. This felt different. Softer. More personal. It lingered quietly in the back of my mind from the moment I woke up, refusing to disappear no matter how much I tried distracting myself. The graduation challenge officially ended that night. Which meant my final unfinished goal was running out of time. Unfortunately, that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was that I had absolutely no idea how to complete it. Or rather, I knew exactly how. I simply hadn't gathered the courage yet.The morning passed in a blur of graduation preparations. My parents had called twice already to confirm schedules. Maya had sent approximately fourteen messages regarding tomorrow's challenge results ceremony. Laura was helping organize seating arrangements for one of the graduation events. Even Ethan seemed unusually prod

  • CRAVING THE BAD BOY   197 - The Secret List.

Ariana POVSaturday morning arrived with sunshine, mild panic, and a message from Maya that nearly made me throw my phone across the room. I had barely opened my eyes when the notification appeared. FINAL CHALLENGE UPDATE MEETING. MANDATORY. NO EXCUSES.A second message followed immediately. IF YOU IGNORE THIS, I WILL FIND YOU. Then a third. YES, THAT INCLUDES YOU, ARIANA. I groaned and buried my face in my pillow. Graduation was only days away. Most people spent their final weekend relaxing. Apparently, my friends preferred psychological warfare.By ten o'clock, everyone had gathered at Maya's apartment. She had transformed her living room into what looked like the headquarters of a highly questionable organization. The infamous challenge board occupied an entire wall, covered in checkmarks, notes, rankings, and colorful arrows that made absolutely no sense.Laura stood nearby holding a cup of coffee and the expression of someone who had accepted her fate. Ethan was eating chips desp

  • CRAVING THE BAD BOY   196- Rule breakers

Ariana POVFriday morning began with a scream. Not a terrified scream. Not an emergency scream. A Maya scream. Which somehow managed to be worse.I was halfway through breakfast when my phone exploded with notifications. The group chat had accumulated twenty-three new messages in less than five minutes. Experience had taught me that ignoring such activity was dangerous. Whatever disaster Maya had created would eventually find me anyway. With a sigh, I opened the chat. The first thing I saw was a photograph. The second thing I saw was Maya's message. WE HAVE A CRISIS. Immediately below it was a picture of a giant poster board. Then another message appeared. SOME PEOPLE ARE CHEATING.I stared at the screen. Then at the picture. Then back at the screen. Five minutes later, I arrived at the student center to discover that Maya had transformed one wall into a graduation challenge leaderboard. An actual leaderboard. Complete with names, checkmarks, rankings, and what appeared to be decorati

  • CRAVING THE BAD BOY   195 - The Time Capsule

Ariana POVBy Thursday morning, the entire campus seemed to be operating on pure nostalgia.Everywhere I looked, students were revisiting old places they hadn't thought about in years. Friend groups crowded around bulletin boards searching for photos from freshman orientation. Seniors took pictures beside buildings they had complained about for four straight years. Even professors appeared strangely sentimental, sharing stories about former students and past graduating classes during lectures that were supposed to be about entirely different subjects. The graduation challenge had somehow made everything worse. Or better. Depending on who you asked. Maya insisted it was better. Everyone else insisted she was insane. Both statements were probably true. I was leaving my final class of the week when my phone buzzed with a group message.Emergency meeting. Student center. Thirty minutes. Below it was another message from Maya. This one is actually important. A third message immediately fol

Sofia and I decided to have a sleepover at her house since we haven't had one of those in a while and it was also the only way of getting Nick out of my head. We decided to watch a marathon of sisters because it's the only show we could agree on watching. Sofia popped down next to me on her comf

The words hung in the air, surprising me as much as him. There were bigger issues to address, but that question tumbled out first. And suddenly, I needed to hear his answer. He fell silent, thoughtful, as though weighing the question before answering. "Once," he said after a pause. "In my sophomore

"Why did you stop?" He grumbled, brows furrowing as hands immediately began clutching at my side to bring me back to him, but I refused to give in."I won't have sex with you Nick," I said, without any conviction in my voice. "That's the genesis of all our problems." "I didn't want to fuck you." M
