Chapter 23: Control... Self-control

"Don, we already clean everything up" says one of my guard.

I dismissed them and the others immediately. I almost lost control today but thankfully I didn't. Jace already took Victoria with him.

I stood there alone at the cemetery not knowing what to do as relief wash over me. For the first time after ten years I finally get to relax a little. That self control I thought I've never had now feels rewarding as another burden has been uplifted from my shoulders.

Thank f**k I was able to hold myself back and let Victoria explain instead of killing her off like I did to all my enemies and prisoners.

F**k! At least it was burnt. Its better that way than for the resources to fall in the wrong hands.

Now that I have my answer, it's time for me to return back home. London. I miss my home city and I miss running my business, especially my young sibling. I wonder if she's playing the good girl or still being pain in the ass to my men.
