My heart skipped a beat, my nerves rippled through me as I stared at the man before me. I could barely recognise him, save his strawberry locks and his features that were a mix of both mine and Elijah's. The coldness and darkness that exuded from him made my gut twist, but it was the cold smile on his face that reminded me of someone long ago.
