Camila
Quinn's voice was the first thing I heard once I stepped foot inside the house. She ran passed me and into the arms of Elijah.
"Home was so boring without you!" Quinn exclaimed throwing her arms around him and suffocating the poor man.
Her skirt was short, no surprise and she wore a lace top, enough to have his skin in contact with hers, only problem, he was wearing a shirt. She will soon get what her pretty little heart desires, soon enough.
"I'm sure"Elijah replied pushing her off, not enough, because she still clung to him.
Quinn's arms laced Elijah's bicep as she grinned up at him, her makeup was well for the occasion. I wonder how l
Camila's P.O.V"Something smells delicious!" Quinn beamed, striding into the kitchen. She stopped, one of her eyes twitching as she looked at me and Elijah. I wa seated on his lap, playing in his hair as we flirted with each other. It happened unintentionally, Chef was making us breakfast and I wanted to help him, but Elijah stopped me by pulling me on his lap and trapping me down. Then we started to sweet talk each other, turning our conversation into a harmless, flirty one. We flirt with each other regularly, but I've never sat on his lap in any of those occasions."Yes, breakfast" Emilio says peaking at her from next to us.We really forgot that he was in here, he was just sitting there as quiet as a lamb. He woke up with a hangover from his clubbing last night, he really looked miserable for the first time."What're you doing?" Quinn asks, glaring at me as she finally moved from her spot and walked to
Camila's P.O.VI was seated in the kitchen while Chef prepared my lunch. Emilio was out and so was Quinn, I haven't seen our parents in two days, while Elijah was busy in his meeting. It has been over three hours since he's been inside his office."Chef, I need your opinion" I say tapping the island with my fingernails.Speaking of nails, I need to get a manicure soon and probably a pedicure, yeah, both will do, I really needed it."Sure, what's up?" Chef asks stopping his work, he turned to me and threw the hand towel over his shoulder then placed both hands on the island top."Do you think I'm being too unfair, playing along with this sick game?" I ask with a pout, I lean toward him and he thought about my question."Will you get something out of it?" he asks looking down at me."Yes" I nodded."Then no, do what you gotta do" he replied leaning up and turning to his stove.I smile then turned back to m
Elijah's P.O.V"She's not out yet?" Mom asks, referring to Camila. After Camila kicked her annoying sister into the pool, Marina pulled her into the house by her arm. I tried to stop her, but she just said it would be fine and still pulled her with her.Mira was freaking out, it's been thirty minutes and Camila hasn't come out of the study. Her family was in their with her. From what I've seen, they all treated Camila as if she was the lowest of them, they bullied her, especially her sister, I liked how silent Camila would appear to be while they bullied her.But they were being irrational, always blaming her and using her as their mascot, it was sickening, I have always seen it over the years, and it especially made my mother angry, she never liked them pretending to be a happy family but behind closed doors, they were heartless people."No, I haven't heard anything either" Mira says fiddling with her cardigan
Camila's P.O.V The view of El Matador State Beach was breathtaking, it was a treat to come here for photoshoots. I enjoyed being a model, modeling for Vogue and Teen Magazine, I loved every part of that career, of course, Quinn models also, she was the first one, but when I reached around ten or eleven, my Mom made me do it. Here I am today, a successful influencer, I've never lied about personality for fame, I was honest and genuine to my fans, I had to be. My grandparents taught me well, while my parents were just overjoyed that I joined the family clique, unwillingly. Why was I here again?. Oh right, Elijah dragged me, Emilio and Mira out of the house for the evening. I was protesting, but Mira promised to get me ice cream, which she did, and I am now enjoying. "This is so pretty" I say, looking over the ocean at the sunset that painted the sky a purple/orange color. "Don't I know it" Mira says wrappi
Camila's P.O.V The rain was beating down on the car roof and I watched the water trickle down the window glass, as the car drove slowly into the yard. I had been out all day with Mira and Josh, trying to finish some work that we had yet to complete. I was happy we got that out of the way now, we had more work to do but at least we got a few out of the way. The driver drove up and parked close enough to the house, making it easier for me to go inside the house. I had to take the limo out today, because Elijah and I left at the same time, he wanted us to drive together, I didn't have time to go over anything with him, so I agreed. The driver had dropped him off at work first and then took me wherever I wanted to go. "Will you be alright Mrs Camorra?" Henderson asks politely, turning his head to look at me. "Of course, it's only a little rain, I'll be just fine, thanks" I smile at him while opening the door. Even th
Camila's P.O.V"It's always lovely seeing you Camila" Mrs Porters smiles, her wrinkled cheeks forming a beautiful dimple in each.I've never noticed them before."You too, you look stunning as always" I grinned, looking at her lavender jacket and skirt suit."Oh stop, I just threw some close on, but you....you look teasingly radiant, trying to make the husband mad?" she asks bumping my hip with hers.My short burgandy silk dress showed off just enough of my curves, I already caught the eyes of many thirsty men, and Elijah was slightly annoyed."Indeed" I smile and her eyes lit up with joy."Isn't that evil, I love it" she laughed nodding her head."Let's have a drink" I suggested, taking her arm and linking it with mine.Mrs Porters was now my favorite person at events like this, I will look forward to seeing her and talking to her.My night was better than expected, Mira couldn't ma
Elijah's P.O.V "Your coffee" I turn in my chair to look at Camila. Her low voice gets me every time, I don't know he her voice is so calm all the time and barely audible. She stood by my desk, dressed in an oversized grey dress shirt, with only a few buttons open, revealing her cresent moon necklace, a pair of black skinny jeans with rips in the knees and by the height she's standing, I'm guessing ankle boots. Her hair was cascading down her shoulders in amazing curls as she displayed her beautiful taunting smile. "What're you doing here?" I ask, pulling my chair up to the desk. "Can't I be nice to you for one day?" Camila asks with a pout. I eye her skeptically, something was up. "I don't know, you wouldn't be your usual self in that department" I replied while leaning back in my chair. "Wow, I guess I'll just take my treats and go then" she says, shaking the two large cups she was holding in both hand
Camila's P.O.V "Is he really going to do that?" I ask Rosa, Josh's grandmother. She laughed as we watched Josh attempt to cooking us dinner. I was at his house for dinner tonight, I haven't been around his grandparents for a very long time now. Josh lived in a three story house near Venice Beach, it was a great view from his back porch, he really made his own name and I was proud of him. Rosa smiled at Josh, as did I. Rosa and Josh resembled each other, she had a pixie cut, grey hair but she still looked like she was in her late fortys, Rosa Bassett was beautiful, she was everything to Josh and to me as well, she was the mother I never had, no matter what. "Oh Rosie, you let the boy around the stove again" Martin says to his wife, shaking his head in disapproval. Martin Bassett was a pretty handsome man, he still wore surfer shirts and beach trunks, sandals, the works, he owned a surf shop on the b
