I have not spoken anything to Rubia of this because I don’t want her to get mixed up in what they are planning. Since, I am aware that ever since she has come to the palace she has been poisoned once or twice. I took the poison in her place because I am immune. She has been asking of me to let her personal maid stay with her but, I’m not sure if anyone is to be trusted at the moment.
Only the most experienced and trusted maids and servants are brought to the palace of a royal. But, even among those few there may be one or two who have been disguised as spies for the nobles. Tristan and the royal knights have caught three of them. All three are adamant and do not wish to speak. I suppose I have to entertain them myself…
