An aura. It was a term that was never used in the novel 'True Love'. 

Fredrick has nothing to gain from lying to me and I trust him since I know my feelings for him. But, how could the author not mention anything about it in the book...?

Have the events of the book altered because of me?

Now that I think about it... My brother and Lady Margaret have recently started going out with the family's approval. This was not the case in the novel.
