Lisa blinked, trying to clear her mind, but the throbbing in her head was too much to bear. Adrien's voice sounded distant, muffled, like he was shouting at her from the other end of a tunnel.
"Are you even listening to me?" he barked, grabbing her by the arm and pulling her up from the floor.
“Huh? What’s going on again? What now?” She asked herself very silently but still unconsciously.
Adrien sneered at her, his grip on her arm tightening.
"You think you can just ignore me like that? You think you're better than me?" he spat, his eyes flashing with anger.
“You’ll never learn. Pain never gets to reach you any lesson. Experience never gets to make you wiser, not even by the slightest. You’re so annoying!” He lamented.
Lisa's heart raced in her chest as she tried to pull away from him, but his grip was too strong.
"N-no, I don't think that," she stuttered, her voice barely above a whisper. She was just getting to know that it was her Adrien had been taking to after all these while.
Adrien chuckled darkly, leaning in closer to her.
"Good, because you're not," he growled, his hot breath hitting her face. "You're nothing without me, Lisa. Absolutely nothing."
Lisa felt a shiver run down her spine as she looked into Adrien's cold, calculating eyes. She knew that he was right, that without him, she was nothing. But she couldn't help but feel a flicker of defiance in her heart.
"I'm not nothing, you know deep inside you my worth and that’s why you have tried so many times to break me down. You I was truly worthless you wouldn’t spend so much of your time on me. You keep deceiving yourself!" she said quietly but firmly, her voice trembling slightly. After all she was left with very little or absolutely no more strength.
"I have my own thoughts, my own feelings. I'm my own person." She added.
Adrien's face contorted with rage as he tightened his grip even more. "You think you're so smart, don't you? So independent? Well, let me tell you something, Lisa. You're not. You're weak, and you're mine. You’re under me, and you’re of no worth no matter how beautiful you decide to put it down." Adrien said angrily.
Lisa felt tears welling up in her eyes as she tried to pull away from him once more. "Please, Adrien," she begged, her voice barely audible…
"Please let me go. I can’t take this any longer. I don’t want to die. I’m so tired please."
Adrien sneered at her again, his face twisted with disgust. "Why should I?" he spat.
"You're going to endure whatever I want you to, Lisa. You belong to me, and this is the least you could do to make me fulfilled, do you understand?"
Lisa felt a wave of nausea wash over her as Adrien's words sank in. She knew that he was right, that she belonged to him. But that didn't make it any easier to accept as she also knew that she shouldn’t be treated like that no matter what. At least not to that extreme extent.
"Please," she whispered again, her voice breaking. "Please just let me go."
Adrien chuckled darkly, shaking his head. "No, Lisa. I don't think so," he said, pulling her closer to him. "I think it's time we had a little fun."
Lisa winced, feeling the bruises on her arms and legs, a souvenir from the previous night's altercation. She tried to speak, to tell Adrien that she wasn't ignoring him, that she was just lost in thought, but the words wouldn't come out. Instead, she just looked at him, her eyes glazed over with pain.
“Just give me a chance to be understood. Just one chance please.” She pleaded silently deep down in the depths of her lost mind.
"You’re trying to prove that silence is the best answer for a fool. I can see that’s why you stayed so quiet for that long!" Adrien sneered again, tightening his grip on her arm.
"You think you can just ignore me and get away with it?"
Lisa shook her head, her eyes filling up with tears. "No, Adrien," she whispered. "I wasn't ignoring you, I swear. just… just let me go and tell me something you want, I’ll do it for you. You’re hurting me." She pleaded once more, tears of pain dropping from her eyes.
Even at all these, Adrien didn't seem to hear her. Instead, he dragged her across the room, throwing her against the wall. Lisa cried out in pain, but her pleas fell on deaf ears. Adrien was in a rage, his eyes blazing with fury.
“I’ll show you what I am!” He said to himself to boost his sadist trait.
"You belong to me, Lisa," he spat. "And you will do whatever I tell you to do. Do you hear me? Absolutely anything!" He emphasized.
Lisa nodded, her tears flowing freely now. "Yes, Adrien," she whimpered. "I hear you."
Adrien finally released her, and Lisa fell to the ground, sobbing uncontrollably. She cried out to the moon goddess…
“Why will you ever give me such a mate? Do you really know what you’ve done? Why do I have to suffer this much. My heart is fragile, and so is my body and my soul and this is what you give me as compensation?” She asked so loudly inside of her head, even though in reality she was still so silent. There was no answer from anyone, only the noise that came out as her heart beat so much that it seemed it would drop at any moment.
Lisa's cheeks were stained with tears as Adrien continued to taunt and insult her. She had never felt so alone and helpless in her entire life.
"You're a jerk," she spat out, her voice shaking with anger and fear.
Adrien only chuckled in response. "Oh, I can be much worse than that, my dear," he said, his voice dripping with malice. "And I think it's time I show you just how much of a jerk I can really be."
Lisa's heart sank as Adrien spoke those words.
“What more could he really do to me?” She asked herself. She was already in so much pain, both physically and emotionally. But she didn't have time to dwell on those thoughts as Adrien called in one of the guards standing close by.
“Make my time worthwhile. Torture her in my place.” He ordered, and the guard responded with so much enthusiasm, Exaclty as he was required to. “Yes sir!” He replied.
Lisa's cries and screams filled the room as the guard followed Adrien's orders, and all the while, Adrien stood there, laughing and mocking her. Lisa couldn't understand how anyone could be so cruel and heartless.
"Please, Adrien! Stop this!" Lisa begged, tears streaming down her face.
"I didn't do anything wrong, I swear!"
"Wrong place, wrong time, my dear," Adrien replied with a wicked grin. "And besides, this is all so entertaining. Why should I stop now?"
"You're sick," Lisa spat, struggling against her restraints.
Adrien only chuckled at her futile attempts, watching as the guard continued to inflict pain on her.
"Stop! Please, I can't take it anymore!" Lisa cried out.
"Are you ready to beg for mercy yet?" Adrien taunted. "Or do you want some more?"
"Why are you doing this? We're mates, we're supposed to care for each other!" Lisa cried out in desperation.
Adrien's expression turned cold and cruel. "You think being mates means anything to me? You're nothing but a toy to play with, and you'll do as I say."
Lisa felt her heart break at his words, realizing that the man she had thought she loved was nothing more than a monster.
Finally, Adrien seemed to tire of the game and with one last sarcastic comment, he walked out of the room, leaving Lisa lying on the ground, broken and defeated.
"Enjoy the rest of your night, my dear. I'm sure we'll have plenty of fun tomorrow," he sneered.
Lisa lay there, unable to move or speak, the pain and humiliation too much to bear. She couldn't understand why the moon goddess would allow her to be bound to such a cruel and heartless mate.
“Such a world it is. I guess I’m just paying for some crime my parents had once committed. Oh, or maybe this are my ‘downs’. I think I remember someone telling me there are ups and downs in the lives of everybody. And oh, I think it’s also part of the tough situations that build great people.” She whispered to herself.
“Sike! Nonsense! This hardship won’t make me great. It would kill me in no no time. This is the fate I’ve been given and I don’t even have any control over it. Dear God… I hope you take my life sooner than later, or I might just do the job myself.” She soliloquized in agony.
The silence that greeted her only made her feel even more alone and abandoned. With a heavy heart, she closed her eyes and drifted off into a restless sleep, dreading what the next day would bring.
The morning sun emerged from its slumber, casting its radiant glow through the delicate lace curtains. Its golden rays danced across the room, painting every corner with a soft and ethereal brilliance. The light embraced the space, infusing it with a tranquil and enchanting aura that seemed to suspend time itself.Adrien's footsteps, light as whispers, carried him closer to the beautiful form of sleeping Lisa. Each step seemed to harmonize with the gentle melody of the morning, as if nature itself conspired to create a moment of tender intimacy. His movements radiated a strong sense of respect and admiration, and were careful not to disturb the delicate peace that had enveloped the room. With a touch as gentle as a butterfly's caress, Adrien brushed aside a stray strand of Lisa's hair that had ventured upon her serene face.“You look even more beautiful sleeping, I’d really watch you all day do only that and never get tired.” He whispered softly. The warmth of his fingertips against h
Adrien drew her closer, and as their bodies pressed together in a delicate embrace, the world around them seemed to fade away. His touch, gentle yet filled with longing, ignited a spark within Lisa that she had thought extinguished. The warmth of his fingers caressing her skin awakened dormant desires, erasing the pain of their fractured connection, if only for a moment. In this intimate dance, their bodies moved in sync, guided by an unspoken understanding of the past they shared. The air crackled with anticipation, each breath a verification to the longing that pulsed between them. The barriers that had once separated them now blurred, their souls yearning for solace in the familiarity of their touch.Amidst this raw vulnerability, Adrien's voice trembled as he uttered apologies, his words laced with a sincerity that resonated deep within Lisa's core.“Listen carefully, Lisa. I swear that everything I did was not in purpose. I really didn’t know what was going on, I was so confused.
In the confines of her room, the familiar surroundings seemed foreign, transformed into a sanctuary tainted by the echoes of their broken trust. Lisa's trembling hand reached for a nearby chair, and she sank into it, seeking support amidst the range of emotions overwhelming her. With each breath she took, the weight of Adrien's betrayal and Hera's deceit seemed to grow heavier, burdening her heart and suffocating her spirit. The once vibrant light within her had dimmed, overshadowed by the pain that radiated from the depths of her being. It felt as if the very essence of her existence had been shattered, leaving behind a void that no words or apologies could fill.Tears streamed down her face, tracing a path of anguish and vulnerability. They were the silent testament to the depth of her pain, expressing what words could not convey. In the solitude of her room, Lisa allowed herself to surrender to the waves of sorrow that crashed upon her, surrendering to the cathartic release of tear
Adrien left the confines of the dungeon, his mind heavy with the weight of Lisa's words. As he sat down for breakfast, his thoughts swirled in a very wild storm of confusion and doubt.“But what if she’s the righteous one? What if she’s actually innocent and being framed by Hera? Not like Hera can’t do something as terrible as that. What’s really going on right now?” He asked himself, lost deep in his own thoughts. The words she had spoken echoed in his mind, challenging his beliefs and questioning the very foundation of his trust.“I’ll make you pay for this!” He remembered her say, her voice high pitched, ringing in his head like an emergency dial.A cloud of uncertainty hung over him as he deliberated on whom to believe. Both Lisa and Hera presented their versions of the truth, each painting a different picture, leaving him lost in a maze of conflicting narratives. The lines between right and wrong blurred, and his mind became a battlefield of conflicting emotions. He now became so
The morning unfolded with a breathtaking display of nature's beauty. Soft hues of orange and pink painted the sky, casting a warm and gentle glow upon the world below. The air carried a crisp freshness, tinged with the promise of a new day. The serenity of the surroundings stood in stark contrast to the turmoil within Lisa's heart. As the first rays of sunlight filtered through the window, Lisa's eyes fluttered open, only to be met by the intense gaze of Adrien.“What?” She shouted, surprised.Startled, she jolted upright, her heart pounding with a mixture of fear and anxiety. She instinctively backed away from him, seeking distance from the uncertainty that seemed to surround him.“You demon! What are you looking for here and now? Oh, you want to experience more of my suffering. You sadist!” She said out angrily. Trepidation colored her voice as she questioned his presence in her room, especially at such an early hour.“You’re sure you want to take this the hard way? Come on it’s sti
Tensions flared between Adrien and Hera as he tightly gripped her hand, his anger simmering beneath the surface. His voice grew cold and cutting as he confronted her, demanding an explanation for her actions."Why did you do that? Why the hell will you ever do that to Lisa?" Adrien's voice dripped with accusation, his eyes fixed upon Hera, searching for answers."You crossed a line, Hera. You went too far, let me be frank. You went to the extreme just to humiliate your fellow one on front of everyone… for what? Are you happy now? " he rapped continuously, his blood boiling by every second passing by.Confusion etched across Hera's face as she struggled to comprehend his sudden change in demeanor. She retorted, her voice tinged with defensiveness,"And what about you? You ordered the guards to take her away. Don't try to shift the blame onto me when you played your part. It’s obvious you also don’t like her, and same goes for me. Let’s just put her where she belongs." She said in reply
