Chapter 76

Most of the movie was spent with our hands locked together. Although the seats were comfy, I was fidgety and couldn’t settle properly. Just having him so close but feeling so far away has made me uncomfortable. As the movie ended, I was out of my seat as the credits hit the screen. He looked up at me confused.

“Let’s go,” I insisted.

He stood in front of me, “Where are we going?”

I squeezed past him making sure to brush my hand over him. I grabbed his hand and pulled him with me. The walk to the car was quick. As he went to open my door I hovered and pulled him in for a kiss.

“Tell me what you want, Leah.” He breathed heavily breaking from the kiss.

“You.” I said breathy, “Take me home.”

“And your car?”

I grunted. “It can wait.”

He smiled, kissing me. He made quick work of getting in the car and setting off. I became confused as he was heading back into the city instead of home. He pulled up outside the Heathman hotel. We were greeted by a concierge as we walked in. Logan flashed him his card and he was quickly given a keycard. Logan walked me across the lobby of the hotel and to the elevator. He swiped the keycard and a light flashed at the bottom below the numbers.

“Where are we going?” I asked mimically.

He smirked, “The penthouse.”

His body was on mine as the doors closed, I backed up against the elevators wall. Heat rushed throughout my body. The door pinged causing us to break apart. The doors opened into a huge penthouse. Stepping out, marveling at my surroundings, there was a strong set of arms that pulled me in by my waist. I looked over my shoulder, up at him. He placed a gentle kiss on my nose. I spun in his arms to face him, dropping my arms over his shoulders and pulling him in tightly.

Inhaling deeply, filling my lungs with his familiar scent. How much I actually missed him shocked me. He planted soft kisses along my neck. I melted into him, tilting my head asking for more. He whispered along my skin in between kisses.

“Tell...me...what...you...want...Leah.”

“You.”

“How much of me?”

“All of you.” I said getting heady and breathy.

His hands started exploring up my back underneath my top.

“Are you sure?”

“Yes.” I answered frustrated.

He reached down and lifted me effortlessly into his arms. I wrapped my legs around his waist as he carried me into the bedroom. Laying me softly on the bed, his hands never left me. He slowly undressed me, one bit at a time. He revelled at every inch of my bare skin. He covered me in kisses as he stripped me. Once naked, he stepped back and drank me in with his gaze.

“Enjoying the view?” I asked quizzically.

“Very much so,” he nodded at me.

I bit my bottom lip watching him carefully and waiting for his next move. Slowly, he removed his shirt and started on his belt buckle. I sat up and hooked my fingers into his waist band pulling him down on top of me.

I undid his belt and jeans. He wriggled them down and kicked them off. He was on top of me in just his boxers now. The last bit of fabric between us. I could feel him straining against them between my legs. He was covering my neck and collar bone still in kisses. He sat back and looked at me with an unsure look.

“Are you sure?” He asked once more.

“Yes,” I answered quickly.
