Tiny beads of sweat reflected the thin rays of light that danced off of Kendra’s naked flesh in an almost surreal fashion as she lay in her husband’s strong arms and looked up at the lacey canopy above them.  She knew that they were risking being caught by a passerby and should dress just in case, but the feel of the warm, clean air upon her moist flesh was like a silken caress.  It was almost as seductive as making love with Rex.  She wasn’t ready to give it up quite yet.

“We’ve made love in the out of doors quite a lot,” she mused as  she nestled her cheek against his chest, “but it’s never felt like this.  The air is different here.”

“It’s untainted,” Rex said. “You can feel the purity of it long before you breathe it in.”

“It’s a bit heavier too, I think,”  Kendra offered.

He knit his brows together in thought. “I believe you’re right.”

She ran her palms over her upper arms.  “I love the feel of it on my skin. I think I could easily go without clothes all day long.”

He chuckled.  “I can’t say that I’d mind that one bit.”

“If only we didn’t have to be around the others,” she pouted.  “I’d do it except for that.”

“You have such a perfect body,”  he said with a glint in his eye. “You’d drive men wild. I doubt they’d get much done in a day.”

She giggled as she threw her leg over his torso and mounted him once more.  “Make love to me one more time before we have to give up this bliss and rejoin civilization.”

“I don’t mind if I do,”  he said with a grin.  “I love this body and can’t get enough of it.”

“We have lots of makeup sex to do before we’re caught up.  We’ll have to find ways to continue when we go to retrieve Eugene.  I fully intend to get my due from you, lover,” she whispered in a seductive tone as she began to ride him in a slow and easy manner.

“We’re planning on leaving tomorrow.” His words blended with a sensual moan as her seductive moves took effect.

“It’s none too soon for me.  I long to hold him in my arms again,” she said in a soft tone as she bent over and lightly traced his nose with the tip of her tongue. Her movements grew more powerful and she emitted a soft moan.  “I love having you inside of me, my big, strong love.”

“Damn, woman,” he said in a husky  voice as he held her far enough away from him to allow him a clear view of her nakedness as it moved above him. “Just look at you.”

“I’m looking,” said a female voice from somewhere in the trees. “She’s really quite beautiful.”

Startled by the intrusion, the lovers froze like automated dolls who’d had their batteries removed.  The only thing that functioned on either of them was their heads as they looked in the direction of the female’s voice.

They were so shocked and surprised at the sight of the extremely tall to the point of being giant sized next to them, perfectly proportioned, A****n type woman who proudly strode from the thick group of trees that had kept her hidden from sight that they didn’t notice the other females who’d stealthily approached from an opposite direction.

A squeal of protest escaped Kendra as several surprisingly strong females of equal height and size as the one who’d interrupted their love making pulled her off Rex while more women pinned his powerful body onto the ground to prevent him from getting up.  If they were exerting themselves to accomplish this, it didn’t show.  Their strength was astounding.

“Who are you?” Kendra demanded as she struggled against such powerful grips that she was certain bruises would be the result.

The woman who’d spoken gave her a broad, sensual smile.   “It’s a bit risky rolling around in the woods like two coupling beasts,  my beauty.  You never know who or what might come along.”  Her smile quickly faded when her large, violet eyes rested upon Rex.  “Bind him.”

Hearing her order, Rex summoned all of his strength to fight against the half dozen A****n females who were using their well-formed, almost masculine looking muscles, backed by their body weight, to pin him down. He managed to toss one female free from his leg before a primitive weapon that consisted of a rock tied to the end of a thick stick slammed into the side of his head and darkness consumed him.

Kendra screamed as she watched his body go limp. Whether it was simply from giving up or from the shock of what they’d just done to her husband, she couldn’t say, but her body went equally limp on its own. As hard as she tried to summon the strength to fight back and be free so that she could run to him, she was unable to get even one muscle to react. It wasn’t until she saw a woman toss away the broad leaves that she’d rubbed against her stomach during her struggle that Kendra realized that they’d used a plant to subdue her. Memories of the drug that the aliens used to control her flitted through her mind. The difference was that her mind remained very clear with this plant so she was fully aware of all that was happening as the leader of the A****n women moved in front of her to inspect her nakedness.

Her eyes went wide as the woman’s hands lightly inspected her curves with approval.  Cupping Kendra’s chin in her powerful hand, she tipped her head from left to right.

“Take her to my tent,” she ordered before walking away with a regal air that denoted authority.

She helplessly watched as the women trussed Rex’s limp body to a long log before balancing the ends of the log on their shoulders. It took two women balancing the log on both ends to accommodate his muscled bulk, but, once they’d perfected their balancing act, they moved with assured speed and agility.

Since she was unable to walk, one of her captors tossed her over her shoulder like one might a flour sack.  She was thankful that she’d ordered two of the other women to dress her beforehand.  Poor Rex wasn’t as lucky. His clothes were left where they lay as the women proceeded to fall into pace with the others.

Frantic over what to do.  With the hope that someone might hear her and come running to their rescue, she filled her lungs with air and screamed as loud and long as she was allowed before something bludgeoned her in the head.  Her last thoughts before darkness took over was that they’d probably used the same weapon on her as they had on Rex.

It took two days of traveling over what they considered treacherous ground to reach Hope. Between keeping their eyes open for newly made alien and amazon zombies and the wild beasts- many of which were prehistoric- their nerves were completely spent by the time they stumbled into Arthur’s house.Alice was sitting on the porch when she spotted them coming down the hill toward the village. Racing into the house, she frantically prepared him for their arrival.Although Arthur was relieved that his love had returned to him and eager to hold her in his arms again, he dreaded having to give the group the news of Ari’s demise. He’d struggled for days to think of the right way to tell them and had yet to come up with it.Pete’s absence was immediately noticed. Although Arthur was saddened, he wasn’t surprised by the news that his friend had succumbed to the virus. Pete wasn’t immune to it and, therefore, was taking a

Luck was with them as they slipped through the door and scurried across the wide, well-lit corridor and into the shadows. There was no sign of life, but they dared not speak. Drawing from her experience as a prisoner in the past, Kendra behaved as she had while escaping from the alien camp on the surface and slipped from shadow to shadow as silently as possible.Once again, Olga telepathically spoke to Kendra. “These bastards speak a crazy language, but I managed to decipher the location of Eugene. Look for a door with two ‘X’s’, an upside down ‘V’ and an ‘O’ on it in the west wing. That’s where he is. Hurry, they’re preparing to send a search party out for our bodies.”Feeling the pressure of the urgency, Kendra motioned for Pete and Felix to follow her as she turned a corner and began surveying the writing on the doors. They were already in the west wing, but she saw nothi

The trio cautiously made their way to the south wall of the settlement in hopes of encountering fewer zombies. They had no choice but to cross a small clearing, but managed to escape notice from the guards patrolling the walls. Fortunately, the zombies that they were forced to battle were ones that had regressed to a manageable state of brain dead and were fairly easy to eliminate.Once they’d reached the wall, Pete looked for signs of a possible entry, but could find none. Although she wasn’t as certain about what to look for, Kendra also searched the exterior of the settlement with her eyes, but saw nothing as well.“We might be too close,” Pete mused. “After all, it would be an escape tunnel.”“Where would it come out, then?” Kendra asked with angst. This was a new situation for both of them. She couldn’t be upset with Pete or Felix for not thinking about that before they’d ri

Kendra was concerned.Rex was in trance for what she deemed an excessive length of time. What could he possibly be seeing that would take him so long? She was seriously considering joining him in trance to find out, but, then, thought better of it.Moving close to her aunt she whispered, “Do you think that one of us should go into trance to see what’s happening? He might need to be pulled back.”Olga knit her brows together. She’d been thinking the very same thing. It had never happened to her, but she’d heard about visionaries getting stuck in a vision and needing assistance coming back. It was a rare occurrence, but it did happen. She grabbed her niece’s hand and held it to her heart. “It must be me who goes in to see what’s up. If he’s stuck, you aren’t adept enough to bring him back.”She knew that her aunt spoke the truth, but the realit

Kendra was surprised at how close they were to Center Land. The temptation to enter the city and demand the return of her son was almost all consuming. It took extreme willpower to continue on past it toward the alien’s settlement.“Do you think that alien in the amazon’s cell was from this place?” she asked as they carefully slipped behind a large boulder and looked down upon the modest sized alien settlement.Even though it was modest, it was still impressive. The walls were lined with barbed wire that made the community look more like a prison than a place of residence. Looking off in the distance, they soon learned the reason for the set up. With eyes wide with surprise, they watched as several zombies cooperated with each other to create a mound high enough for one of them to climb over the wall. When it reached the top and grabbed onto the wire, a visible jolt of electricity practically fried it to a crisp.

Arthur insisted that Olga, Kendra, Rex, Felix, and Pete make haste on their very important mission. Promising to tend to Ari as best he could, he waited until they were well out of sight before turning to Alice. With a frown on his face, he asked with concern, “What do you think, Alice? Do you think she’ll even make it to Hope?”The severe wrinkles on her face made it almost difficult to tell that the young woman’s brows were knit together as she looked down at Ari. “She’s in pretty bad shape. I thought that they were saving her life. It looks more like they were keeping her alive for some reason that didn’t require good health.”Arthur shuddered. “They were a deceiving bunch, wouldn’t you say? All that talk about peace and caring for mankind. I wonder why they really kicked out those rogues. From what I could see, they weren’t any worse than t
