Chapter 47

At the opening of the door, Rhea brought down the iron chair on the head of the man while shaking with fear.

A wave of relief passed over her as he went down in a heap.

Bolting through the door, a long shrill of terror escaped her mouth as she bump into someone.

It was dark and hard for her to see.

The person held her in a strong grip before whispering hurriedly.

"Shush!, it's me".

Not believing her ears Rhea went into a phase of shock from disbelief.

The bodyguard that had followed Benjamin turned on a flashlight putting some light into the darkness.

"Rhea, can you hear me?". Benjamin shook her.

Realizing she wasn't dreaming Rhea's lower lips shook slightly as she fought back tears.

Hugging him tightly like he was going to disappear in the next second.

"We don't have enough time, let's get out of here," Benjamin said lifting Rhea in his arms.

"Bring him along," Benjamin said referring to Mark who was out cold on the floor.
