Chapter 21

His expression turned blank and stiff, I know he's mad at something but I know I didn't say anything to offend him. 

And he always use this expression whenever he gets mad or frustrated. And as a childhood friend of him, I've seen that a lot of times.

"Why? Did I say something wrong?" He didn't say anything and instead,  he just stared at me. It's uncomfortable but what can I do? I don't want to lessen my survival rate and smack him 

And I also felt like he doesn't want to answer my question so I didn't ask anymore. I just focused mysef at the knights training at the center. They are swinging their swords repeatedly.

I can tell how good they are even though I'm an amateur when it comes to handling swords. By just watching, it's obvious how much work they spend just to be able to do that easily.
