Things have officially escalated

“Blue.”
My answer is nonchalant and completely disinterested as I sit at the kitchen table with my laptop open in front of me, mom raises a brow as she huffs.
“Blue and?” Her reply is suddenly laced with irritation at my general lack of interest, but I don’t reply as my mind solely concentrates on my end year essay final, which is due today.
Even though our pack is completely separate from the rest of the world for most of the part, we still have schooling it’s just run by our very own pack teachers.
This means our schooling is a lot different from that of any normal human, that said, I have no personal experience with what “normal” school was like back before life changed.
I was told the day I was born was when our pack completely closed itself off from the world, being right up against the Canadian border and deep within the mountains made it easier to escape the world somehow.

Rainn It was ridiculous to feel nervous about something like this, I mean Beau and I were already mated right, we had already given ourselves to one another right.
