My eyes felt heavy, and it was like my heart was physically hurting. I was in the comfort of my own bed and, I could feel Owen next to me. " When will she wake up, mama ?" Owen rumored, his voice laced with solicitude. " The croaker

said she's in shock," mama replied with a shriek," she needs time to come to terms with it." She added. I opened my eyes sluggishly and glanced at them." Oh, you are awake!" Mom blurted." Are you ok?" She asked. I soughed and jounced my head." Is there anything you need?" She asked as she sat next to me. I shook my head and closed my eyes again. " We will be downward if you need us." She assured, placing her hand on my shoulder and squeezing gently. She signaled her head at Owen to follow her. He stood up, glanced at me with a sad expression also followed mama out of my room. I dragged a breath in. I do not know what I am supposed to do now. I noway anticipated this to be. I do not know how to deal with this. My head is a mess, and nothing makes sense. I do not understand why he'd do this. We will not know unless we ask.' Athena rumored. I can't talk to him. I don't want to see him.' I puled. He said she might be pregnant, not that she was.' She mentioned. Of course, she's pregnant.' I snapped. She puled but did not reply. It does not count what he thinks she'll be pregnant because it's our heat season. So, not only did he sleep with someone also lie, but he also slept with her during the heat, knowing full well what could have happed. I screamed into my pillow also broke down in gashes. Why has everything turned out this way? I cried until there were no further gashes. I laid in my bed motionless. At some point, I fell asleep. I woke up, and the moon was shining brightly into my room. I moaned and sat up. I swung my legs off my bed and leaned forward with my head in my hands. The bond was intruding with me; I missed him. I missed him so much. I demanded to see him. I demanded to know why he did it. I stood up, grabbing my jacket and coaches before sneaking out of my room. " Going nearly?" Owen's voice startled me. I took a deep breath and turned to him." I need to see him," I rumored. He jounced and smiled at me." Go," He murmured. I offered him a small smile before creeping down the stairs. I reached the frontal door and still opened it. I rushed out of the door, pulling it closed behind me. I walked along the quiet thoroughfares heading for our spot. Once I get there, I'll link him and get him to meet me. I broke as I saw him sat under the casino. His head whipped around and, he goggled at me. I saw him gobble, and his eyes turn black. I took a deep breath before going over to him. " Hi." He muttered. " Hey," I grunted. I sat on the lawn next to him. I did not want to be near him any further than I had to. I could feel the bond pulling me towards him. I had to fight against every instinct to wrap my arms around him and let him console me. " Why. Why did you do it?" I rumored. He took a deep breath and shook his head." I do not have an reason. It was wrong of me to do it." He answered. " Was she. Um, was she in heat?" I asked awkwardly. His eyes went wide, and he looked like he was scarifying. Guilt snappily replaced the panicked look. I heaved and felt my eyes soddening. " She wasn't, was she?" I blatted. He did not look at me, and he wouldn't answer me. I was gettingagitated. However, that means he actually wanted to, If she was not in heat. He could not use her scent as an reason. " Not the first many times," He rumored. " Not the first many times?" I choked." Oh, this is just brilliant!" I squalled." What happed to our pledge?" I growled." Or did you suppose we wouldn't be mates so it wouldn't count?" I snarled. " I am so so sorry, baby." He puled. " No," I growled," you do not get to be worried." I snarled. " I could have dealt with you sleeping with someone differently. But you prevaricated to me, Ethan." I growled." I felt it! Every fucking thrust you did into her, I felt it all." I yelled. He squinched and sniffled. " And you know the worse thing. Part of me still wants you." I puled. His eyes danced to mine, and they darkened a little. " But I can not forgive you, Ethan. I can't." I cried. He came towards me cautiously. He kneeled in front of me. He hooked his cutlet under my chin and lifted my face." I'm so sorry. I rued it the moment it happed." He rumored. I scarfed," If that was true, you wouldn't have done it again." I shot." I know. I could not control myself, but that is not an reason, Clara." He soughed. " What do we do now?" I rumored. " I need some time; I need to fix it." He murmured. I raised my brow at him; fix what? He got someone differently pregnant there is no fixing that. " You can not fix it. She's pregnant." I rolled my eyes. " I can not lose you, Clara." He puled." I will not survive it." He heaved . " But you anticipate me to watch you bring up someone differently's doggy ?" I seethed. I jumped up and backed down from him. " Yes, fuck, no. I do not know." He moaned. " Oh, Ethan, there you are, baby," A altitudinous she- wolf wandered out from the trees. My breath caught in my throat. She was stunning. Her brunette hair is leg-straight and flows just below her shoulders, the dress she's wearing leaves nothing for imagination. She's the epitome of perfection. I felt sick; my body was nothing like hers. I felt tone-conscious, and I abominated that she was the bone

he'd done this with. " Oh, hi, I am Jasmine." She held her hand out for me, and I goggled at it." This is where you shake my hand," She chortled. " I am Clara," I saluted through gritted teeth, giving her a quick handshake. " It's nice to meet you, Clara. I am Ethan's mate, and we are having a doggy together, is not that nice?" She asked smiling at me. I rubbernecked at him.

“Berry, nude or matte blue?”Audrey squinted closer to her computer screen where Jessica was holding three nail polishes and Kathie was shifting in her enormous couch. “Nude.”Since two out of three has had hassles going to places, they resorted to video calls.“Yeah, nude.” Kathie nods, pausing to fluff a throw pillow.“Boring. Audrey paces in her bedroom. The pink interior slowly transitioned into an irritating shade because her room looked happy in contrary to the dread dwelling in the pit of her stomach. Her mother came over to her Aunt Gemma’s house—the first time she went out of the house since she has been discharged from the hospital.A revving car from outside snapped her out of her thoughts, reorienting her to the task at hand. The engine groaned loudly into a stop but she couldn’t care less about it. She leaned her back against the wall, looked out the window where the sun was streaming in several hours ago. There wasn’t any trace of it anymore which means she’s spent the day fruitlessly. The wall felt cold against her back. She gathered a calming breath in through her nose and scrolled through her contacts one more time. Swallowing the bile in her throat, she rings him. The soles of her feet were freezing as her palms.
