Chapter 3

Sihana Caden

Raphael wasn't joking when he said he was going to kill Andrew, my boyfriend. The news is all over everywhere now. He got into a car accident and right there, he died on the spot.

Of course, I know this is not an ordinary car accident. He did that because I met with Andrew yesterday despite his warning not to meet with him. And Andrew's death, I have no idea why I wasn't affected much by it. Maybe because I have no feelings for him yet.

We met at my best friend Charlotte's birthday party some months back and he asked me out which I turned him down at first but later on, I said yes to him and we start going out to see where it leads.

Now, I've got no other choice but to go where he asked me to else, he might do something crazy again. I have no idea what I've gotten myself into. I started this and I need to finish it once and for all. I can't put my family's life in danger because of my carelessness.

"Done with your packing?" Mom asked as she walked into my room. I lied to them that I'm going to my friend's housewarming party, I had to plan the whole thing with my friends else, my mom won't let me out.

"Yes, mom. I need to leave now"

"Be careful Sia, I will miss you" she said in a sweet tone.

"Mom! Come on, it's just for two days and I will be back" I said smiling. I zip my bag, kissed her cheek, and walk out of the house.

I arrived at the airport with Ralphael's men already awaiting my arrival. Two of the guards walk to me and I throw my bag at one of them. He's the same guy I kicked his ass the other day.

We walked towards their car and got in and the driver drove off.  "Where are you taking me to?" I asked but got no response.

"I believe, non of you are deaf. Where the hell are you talking me to?" I asked again.

"Erm, Ms. Caden. We are-"

"That's enough. I don't want to know." I cut him off and hissed. Suddenly, I was feeling hot and I decided to take off my jacket.

I removed the jacket, close my eyes and relax comfortably in the car before I heard the ringing tone of one of the guard's phones. I'm positive it's him.

I opened my eyes and took the phone from him before he could pick up the call. "Hello Ralphael," I said in a sweet tone.

"Trying to intimidate my boys, huh?"

How did he know?

I look around and there I saw the CCTV.

"Well, you know what I'm capable of doing" I smirked.  "You threatened to kill Andrew and you did. You never joke with your word, do you?"

"I'm Raphael Francisco, beautiful. I warned you but you never listen to any of my words"

"See you soon, Ralph" I said sweetly and hang up the call before he could say anything.

I sat still for a few seconds before I decided to play some games with him. If he wants to do this the hard way then, I better make him realize never to cross paths with one of the Caden's. I'm a girl doesn't mean he can threaten me. I'm my father's daughter after all.

I begin to hit his men for no reason starting with the guy sitting right beside me. I punch his jaw and stomach making him groan in pain. I did the same thing to the ones sitting at the front and the driver pull over at a side. I used that as an opportunity to get down from the car, pick up my handbag, and walk away.

It's a busy day here and many people are passing by. I walk through them making Ralphael's men not to get any glimpse of me. I finally escape from them and saw a bar. I walked in to get myself a drink.

I would wait here for the arrival of the devil himself. I'm sure he's going to find me any moment from now on- I thought to myself.

I ordered a drink and waited patiently for him to show up. I look around and my eyes lock with this strange guy. He looks attractive and interesting too. I winked at him making him get up from his seat and sauntered towards me.

"Hey pretty"

"Hey Handsome" I replied in a flirting tone. He smirked and stared down at me with interest.

"I'm David, what about you sweetheart?"

"Nice name but, I would suggest you get the fuck away from my girl" We both heard Ralphael say as he point a gun at the guy's head. The poor guy was literarily shaking already.

Luckily for him, he allowed him to escape whilst he point the gun at my head instead. I looked at him and smirked before I sip my drink, calmly. If he thinks, I'm going to freak out because of this then he's wrong.

People around begin to freak out because of his presence. I guess they all know who he's. Everyone knows who the dangerous Mafia leader is except me. I got to know about him four days ago.

"Are you now playing games with me, Caden?" He asked in a cold tone.

"Game? Did you just say game? Well, let's say, I love playing with fire?" I asked, crossing my leg. He looks upset with my response and I'm sure, he's trying to control himself right now.

"Come on, what are you waiting for Raphael Francisco? Shoot me! Is that not what you have always wanted to do?" I dare him and he shot the bullet to the bottle of wine close to my hand and it scratches my arm.

I looked at the blood on my arm and smirked even though I felt the pain. He stared at me with a disbelief look.

I gulp down the last cup and got up. I slowly placed my left hand on his chest and caressed his nipple seductively. I leaned forward and whispered in his ear. "Stay out of my life completely, Raphael. Not only mine but that of my family too. I know, I crossed paths with you when I'm not supposed to and there's nothing I could about that anymore but, leave me the hell alone! You do not want to see what the Caden's are capable of doing, do you?" I said before pulling back.

I tap his chest one last time before I walk out of the place with my heart beating twice faster than it should.
