{Naomi POV}

“You heard me,” he replied. “You want to stay out of jail? Then sign it. Be my wife. That’s the only way you’ll work off one hundred million under my control. Otherwise—” he stood tall again—“the police are a phone call away.”

I stared at the paper, my tears soaking into the corners of my lips.

MARRIAGE CONTRACT AGREEMENT TO ENZO VITALE

I felt a rush of nausea rise in my throat as I slowly looked away from the paper and met his eyes. The coldness in his gaze was enough to freeze me solid, talk less of staying under the same roof with him.

I tried to imagine the horror, but my brain refused. I shook my head quickly. “No, please. I can’t.”

He turned from me and walked over to his chair, sitting down like a king about to give judgment to a criminal. “Then you’ll go to jail,” he said flatly. “I’ll make sure of that.”

My head ached so badly I thought it would split in two. I didn’t know what to do. My heart screamed for help, but no one was coming. I suddenly wished Chloe was here… no. It was better she wasn’t. If she was, this whole thing could have been worse.

I bit down hard on my lower lip and looked at the paper lying beside me on the cold floor. My eyes scanned the page, and I paused when I saw a line written in bold.

FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF A WIFE

“Full responsibility of a wife?” I whispered to myself, lifting my gaze slowly.

The moment our eyes met, a chill ran through my spine. Enzo’s stare was so intense, so sharp, it felt like it could slice right through my skin.

I had never met anyone whose presence could suck the air out of a room. His face was unreadable, not a flicker of warmth, not even a hint of mercy.

“What… what does that mean?” I asked, my voice shaky. “Full responsibility… what does that mean?”

He leaned forward, his eyes still locked on mine. “You don’t know what it means?” he asked, his voice laced with mockery. “Do you want me to explain it to you?”

He didn’t wait for my answer. Instead, he picked up his phone from the desk, lifting it slowly as his finger hovered over the screen.

“You know what? Forget it. You’re going to jail.”

“No!” I shouted quickly, my voice cracking. I pushed myself up from the floor, wiping the tears from my cheeks. “I agree! I’ll do it—I’ll be your wife.”

He paused, lowering the phone with the same cold expression.

One of the men in black handed me a pen. My hand trembled as I took it, my fingers damp with sweat. My legs barely held me up as I walked to his desk, leaning on the surface for support.

My eyes stared blankly at the contract. My vision blurred, not just from the tears, but from fear. I had never imagined this… never imagined my life turning this way. But I had no choice.

I scribbled my name at the bottom, right next to his, and the moment I lifted the pen, I felt something inside me break.

My hands dropped to my sides. My whole body went cold. I was now the wife of Enzo Vitale.

Feeling helpless, I backed away slowly from the desk, the pen still clutched in my fingers. I tried not to fall apart again, but the tears came rushing back, blurring everything once more.

I had no idea what kind of world I had just walked into.

My eyes landed on a line I hadn’t noticed before, my name written in bold next to another chilling sentence.

"Naomi Ray is to be the legal wife of Enzo Vitale until Enzo no longer wants her. She is to fulfill all marital duties, including his sexual desires."

I gasped quietly.

My chest tightened, and the room began to spin. I couldn’t breathe. My hands shook as I pressed them against the desk, trying to steady myself.

Sexual desires?

I stared at the words again, horrified. What would it be like to lie next to a man so heartless? So cold? My stomach twisted at the thought.

Enzo took the paper off the table and looked at it before handing it to one of the men in the room. He stood up from the chair and walked past me, signaling for one of the men to step forward.

“Take her to one of the rooms,” he ordered his men, his voice low but firm. “And tell the maids to get her ready for the evening party.”

With that, he walked away. I stood there for a while, lost in my thoughts and regret. Why didn’t I listen to Chloe? What have I gotten myself into?

“Miss Ray, please follow me to your room,” a manly voice broke into my thoughts. I sniffled and wiped my tears, trying to steady my racing heart as I followed the man.

We made our way out of the study, with the man leading the way. I wrapped my arms over my chest, following him obediently. We stopped at a door with a knob similar to the one in the study. The man pushed it open, revealing a lavish bedroom.

The room looked like something out of a palace, soft cream walls with gold accents, velvet drapes that touched the floor, and a huge chandelier hanging from the ceiling. A king-size bed sat in the middle, with carved wooden posts and royal blue sheets that looked untouched. A gold-trimmed vanity stood in one corner, and across from the bed, mounted on the wall, was a black security camera blinking faintly. Another one sat at the top corner near the entrance door, silently watching.

“This is your room. The maid will be at your service soon,” the man said in a stern voice.

I stepped into the room, my eyes locking on the camera near the bed before turning to the man, who was already starting to leave. “Why is there a security camera in the room?” I asked, my voice soft but uneasy.

The man looked at it briefly, then looked back at me. “If you have any questions, I’ll suggest you ask Enzo.” With that, he walked away.

I stood there for a while, staring at the room, wondering why everything felt like it had already been set up, like it was all waiting for my arrival.

  • Claimed By The Ruthless Enzo    Chapter 100: I Love You

{Naomi’s POV}I took in a deep breath as the car drove down the quiet road. The night felt too still, almost heavy, and my thoughts kept dragging me back into everything that had happened these past few months. It all felt like a blur—pain, running, blood, fear… then more fear.I stared at my hands resting on my lap. They felt cold even though the car was warm. I sat there, numb, wondering what exactly I had left to hold on to. My mom was gone. And even though the people who took her life were now gone too, none of it would ever bring her back. Justice didn’t fix the empty space she left behind. All I had now was Enzo.My hand drifted to my stomach… the small bump hiding under my dress. The tiny life growing inside me. Our baby. And fear hit me again, what kind of life would this child have? A life where guns weren’t far, where blood wasn’t something strange? A life where danger was normal because of the man I loved? My chest tightened a little.“Are you okay?” Chloe asked softly, pla

{Enzo POV}I watched as he went through the document with a smug smile. He still had the gun pressed close to Naomi’s head, and every second of it made my blood boil… but I kept my expression blank. I wasn’t ready to show my anger. Not when I already had everything planned out.“We have a deal, Brian,” I said calmly, swallowing the heat burning in my chest. “Now give me my wife and her friend.”Brian chuckled, looking at me like I was something he could sweep off the ground. “Well, I have nothing to do with her anymore.” He finally lowered the gun from Naomi’s head. The moment the metal left her skin, Naomi rushed toward me. I caught her instantly, wrapping her tightly in my arms. I kissed her forehead, feeling her tears warm against my neck.“You’re fine now, my love,” I whispered, rubbing her back slowly. “I’m here. I won’t let anyone hurt you.”“Enzo… I’m so sorry,” she muffled against my shoulder, her voice shaking.I patted her back lightly. “You did nothing wrong.”From the corn

{Enzo POV}It’s been hours since my men started searching the area desperately for Naomi, and all they kept getting was the same damn response from everyone they asked. No one had seen her.I stood with my back against the car, my eyes fixed on the quiet street. The streetlamps cast weak pools of light, leaving most of the area buried in shadow. My chest felt tight, my jaw locked in frustration.“Where are you, Naomi?” I muttered under my breath. The anger I’d been holding onto since I heard she was taken was beginning to wear off, replaced by a strange heaviness that made me feel like I couldn’t breathe.Mateo jogged toward me, his face tense and covered in sweat.“Did you find her?” I asked the moment he reached me.He lowered his gaze. “I’m sorry, boss. We’ve searched the entire area, but she’s not here. I think whoever took her went far from here.”“Okay,” I muttered, running a tired hand over my face. The exhaustion was starting to settle into my bones. “Tell the men to head back

  • Claimed By The Ruthless Enzo    Chapter 97: I Hope You Find Me

{Naomi POV}The phone ringing on the table got her attention, and the woman walked away, bringing it close to her ear. She glanced my way briefly before turning toward the door.I took a deep breath once she left, exhaling softly as I tried to yank my hand free. The rope burned against my wrist, digging deeper with every pull. After struggling for a while, frustration began to build, and my arm throbbed in pain.“What the hell is wrong with the woman?” I cursed under my breath, wincing as the rope scraped my skin. That was when I noticed Chloe hadn’t said a word. I turned my head toward her. She sat motionless in the dim light, her eyes empty, her face pale. Her chest rose and fell slowly, and she looked weaker than before.“Are you okay, Chloe?” I asked softly. She nodded faintly and brought her knees to her chest. Her voice came out in a whisper. “Naomi… do you think Enzo will come rescue us?” She didn’t look at me, her gaze was locked somewhere far away, lost in fear.I looked down

  • Claimed By The Ruthless Enzo    Chapter 96: Find Her!

{Enzo POV}The tires screeched against the hospital driveway as I pulled in, the smell of burnt rubber filling the air. I slammed the door shut and strode forward. A few cops stood near the entrance, talking to witnesses, jotting things down on notepads.“I think there was a woman with them,” a man with a big belly said from behind his ice cream cart. “I saw them carry her into the van.”My fists clenched so tight my knuckles turned white. I didn’t wait for him to say more. I took a step forward, but Mateo rushed up to me, his face pale and drenched in sweat. Two of my men followed close behind him, their eyes darting around nervously.“Where the hell did they take Naomi to?” I asked, my voice low but sharp, teeth gritted.“We don’t know yet,” Mateo said quickly. “According to the witnesses, they went that way.” He pointed toward a road leading away from the hospital. “Some of the men followed them, but they lost track after a few miles.”“Damn it!” I cursed under my breath and shoved

{Naomi POV}"Naomi." Chloe’s voice echoed faintly in my head as I slowly began to regain consciousness. A sharp pain pierced through my skull, making me wince as I tried to move my hand, but I couldn’t.My wrists were tightly bound together. I twisted against the rope, the rough fibers biting into my skin, but it didn’t budge. Darkness surrounded me, and for a second, I thought I had gone blind, until I realized a thick bag was still pulled over my head. Chloe’s trembling voice called out again, faint but desperate. The memories rushed back, the hospital room, Chloe comforting me, the sound of footsteps and struggle outside the door, the door bursting open, and men in black swarming us. One of them had thrown a bag over my head, and before I could scream, something hard slammed against the back of my head. Everything had gone dark after that.“Chloe… are you there?” My voice was hoarse, weak. I shook my head, trying to loosen the bag, but it was tied too tightly against my face, makin
