Chapter 85

Alpha Farrell's POV

I sat her down in the shower and took a sponge to scrub her body.

Her body shone under the bright light of the chandelier.

Blood rushed to a certain part of my body but now wasn't the right time.

She needed to sleep and rest adequately.

I washed her body and carried her back to the bedroom.

I dropped her down on the bed and walked into the cloakroom to pick pajamas for her to wear.

My stomach made a small noise and I knew what caused it.

I'd have to go to the kitchen to make another meal lest I starve to sleep tonight.

Star slept soundly as soon as she was comfortable on the bed while I slid off the bed to the kitchen.

I stood in the kitchen for a while making a meal as quietly as I could.

I didn't want to wake Star up from her sleep.

30 minutes later, I sat down in the kitchen and ate the food silently before going back to the bedroom

I drifted asleep immediately. I settled down on the bed holding Star's body to sleep.
