Chapter 54 – Coffee shop

Luke noticed Mr. Wright leaning sluggishly on his chair, his arm on the armrest, and smiling in a daze, so he cleared his throat and knocked on the door.

Ezekiel turned to face his assistant and said, "Come in." He entered the room, facing him, and placed the black paper bag on his desk.

“Sir, Mrs. Wright told me to give this to you,” Luke informs him, taking a proper seat and peering inside the bag before returning his gaze to Luke, “I'm not a kid anymore, she doesn't need to worry about me,” he complains.
