"Daddy" calls Penny and comes out of the hoddie. The girl holds her hand looking at her confused.

"It's ok. He is my daddy. I am safe now" says Penny and removes her hand from the girl's grip. Penny rushes to Magnus and stands in front of him.

"Are you ok?" Asks Magnus standing in front of Penny, looking down at her.

"Yes," says Penny with a pout.

Magnus squats down to her level and asks "are you hurt?"

"No," says Penny with her eyes filling with tears.

Magnus pulls her into a hug and Penny busts out crying.

"Daddy I was scared" cries, Penny.

"Can you tell us what happened?" Asks Magnus.

"That can wait. First, let's get them to the hospital. Both need to get checked" says Asher.

Magnus picks Penny in his arms and stands up. He looks at the girl who was watching him. But as soon as he looks at her, she bows down.

Magnus takes Penny with him holding her close and Asher tried to take the girl with him but she shakes her head resisting going with anyone.

"Come" calls Penny and the girl looks at Penny and rushes close to her.

"Guess she is coming with you," says Asher and follows Magnus in his car.

Magnus looks at the girl seated beside him who was looking outside the window with curiosity. She had wide eyes while the car passed another car or a park or even a signal. She kept on looking at the dark sky and when she spots the moon she laughs with joy. At one point she lowered the car window and put her face out a little to feel the cold wind of the night. Once her face was cold she closed the window and rubs her face with her hands to warm it. Magnus found her behaviour strange and was very curious about her over sized hoodie and cuts on her. Some cuts didn't look recent.

Magnus comes out of his thoughts of curiosity when penny shakes him to look at her.

"Daddy, is uncle Aiden ok?" Asks Penny.

"He will be," says Magnus.

"Those men hit him so much" cries, Penny.

"They hit her too?" Asks Magnus looking at the girl who was covered with bruises all over her face.

"No, she was already hurt," says Penny, and Magnus couldn't figure out what would have happened to this girl and why was she so beaten up.

"What is your name?" Asks the doctor to the girl in the ER but the girl simply looks down confused like she was trying hard to remember her name. The girl was not responding to any questions and Magnus was losing patience.

"Give her some money for her help with Penny and let her go after whatever treatment she needs. I'll pay the medical bill" says Magnus to the doctor not wanting to do anything with her or any problem she was in, which she clearly was in. Magnus tried to look beyond her bruises and couldn't deny she would have been a beautiful girl once but now, she looked like a baten up, used doll which was thrown out after playing with it. And for Magnus. He didn't like used things .

The doctor confirmed Penny was fine but was scared by the nights events. The doctor also suggested a psychiatrist session just to be safe.

"A good night's sleep and she will be good as new in the morning," says the doctor, smiling at penny.

Magnus passes the room the girl was in and looks at her one last time. He didn't want to add any more problems to his life. And that girl screamed trouble.

Magnus comes back to the mansion with Asher following him. They were welcomed by Magnus's mother, Christine. After making sure Penny was fine, Christin sent her away with a maid to her room.

"I want Gen," says Penny wanting Genelia.

"She is in the hospital with Aiden," says Asher.

"But I want only her to put me to bed" cries, Penny.

"Penny" calls Christine sternly which made Penny stop crying and walk away with the maid.

"You just train kids to obey you," says Christine.

"She is a child, not a dog," says Asher never accepting her sternness towards a motherless child.

"Penny needs a new nanny. Genelia will soon be on maternity leave" reminds Christine.

"She will not need one, once Magnus marries.. what was her name. Oh yeah, Suzan. I like her. I know she is the one for Magnus and Penny. BTW, where is she?" As Asher.

"Packing her things to leave my apartment. We broke up" says Magnus.

"Oh come on. She is what?? 6th in the past 4yrs. What do you do that they leave?" Asks Asher.

"They don't have what I want," says Magnus.

"My time is precious. I have other things to do. Let me know if you need me" says Christine and stands up to leave.

"Your granddaughter and your son need Motherly love" comments Asher which earns him a glare from Christine.

"I should leave too. I'll keep you updated on Aiden and that girl" says Asher.

"Dad, I don't want to know anything about the girl. She seems to be coming from some sort of abuse. I don't want to be involved" says Magnus.

"You can't avoid what time challenges you with. You have to face it all. That girl seems to cross your path for a reason. Face it" says Asher and pats Magnus's back and leaves.

Magnus stood near Penny's bed and looks down at her. She was holding her stuff bunny tight, close to her, and was fast asleep. The doctor had given her medication to sleep the night off.

Magnus runs his fingers in her hair which was the same as her mother's. Penny looked a lot like her mother which infuriated Magnus.

Magnus looks at the maid in the corner of Penny's room and says "do not leave her sight even for a minute"

The maid nods and Magnus leaves the room and the mansion.

Magnus enters his apartment which he shared with his now ex-girlfriend, Suzan. He looks around and sees she had left. He had many girls here before Suzan and all left him alone.

"Jesus Christ, I am so sorry. Suzan said no one will be here this late" says a girl behind Magnus.

Magnus turns and looks at the girl up and down intensely.

"Hi. I am Suzan's friend Julie. She is staying with me for now. She is a mess and didn't want to go to her home yet" says the girl.

Magnus still doesn't say anything.

"I have heard a lot about you from Suzan. All good things. We even met before at Suzan's birthday party. I don't think you remember me but you are hard to forget. You leave a mark on anyone you meet" says the girl blushing.

Magnus approaches the girl and says "I leave them satisfied too"

The girl's breathing hitched smelling Magnus's strong masculine aroma so close to her. She could feel her heartbeat increase and wondered if he could hear it.

The girl had wide eyes when Magnus bluntly asks "when was the last time you touched yourself?"

"Huh? I mean. N-not..." Starts the girl but Magnum cuts her off and says "mind if I touch you?"

Magnus's one touch and the girl surrenders herself to him. Magnus holds her chin between his thumb and a finger and pulls her for a soft kiss. He breaks the kiss but doesn't move away. With their lips still touching he asks "do you like soft lovemaking or rough?"

But before she could answer he says "it doesn't matter what you like. I want to fuck you rough"

Magnus grips her throat and says "you think you can handle me?"

"Yes," says the girl excited.

"Prove it. Take me in your mouth" says Magnus and lets her go.

He takes a seat on the edge of the bed and calls her to come close.

"Strip" he orders and she smiles and sheds her clothes in a hurry. She walks close to him and kneels between his legs. She wets her lips and looks down at his pants. She takes her time to free him and was astonished to see how big he was. She holds his member in two hands and works on hardening his thick juicy rod. Once hard, she takes him in her mouth but only half fits in. She wondered how he would fit inside her other holes.

She was doing her best but the best was never enough for Magnus. He wanted more. He stands up, gripping her hair. She had wide eyes and soon those eyes were filled with tears as Magnus thrusts hard into her mouth. She was finding it difficult to breathe and scratched his thigh but Magnus deepthroats her, leaving her struggling to breathe.

Magnus pulls out and lets her finally

breathe. She coughs and breathes heavily trying to steady her breathing. She had only a minute cause Magnus was not done yet. He pulls her up and throws her on the bed. He turns her to her stomach and lifts her ass in the air. He removes a c*nd*m from his pocket and gets ready to blemish her core.

The girl was screaming in pleasure she received from Magnus's thick rod he was ravaging her with. Magnus wanted a release. Release from all the events he had been through all day.

He places his foot on the bed and deepens his thrusts making the girl almost lose consciousness from the mind-blowing orgasm. Magnus pushes her to the bed and with the last few thrusts fills the rubber.

Magnus gets off the girl who was too tired to even move. No way Magnus had any intentions to take care of the girl. He picks up his pants and wears them. He turns away from the girl to walk out of the apartment when he stops.

Suzan, the girl he broke up with just a few hours ago stood ot the threshold of the room they shared for the past year. Suzan looks at her friend who kneeled to the god of s*x and manipulation.

"I expected this from you," says Suzan.

"I can have any number of girls I want on their knees begging me to even consider them for a night. But I was ready to give a status where you would be called my wife" says Magnus.

"And die like your wife? You are heartless and stubborn and can't see how you suffocated her to her early death. Any girl would choose death over being married to you Magnus. No one wants to be a slave with no respect. People die from inside when they are disrespected. Just like your wife died. You killed her. You killed her" screams Suzan and runs out of the apartment.

You killed her.

You killed her.

These words rang in Magnus's ears. He knew he is the reason for his wife's death. After all, he was the one who pushed her so hard that her head hit the table and killed her.

The wind whipped through the narrow path along the cliffs outside Paris, tugging at Ines’ coat as she pressed forward, clutching the child tightly. Her breaths came in shallow gasps, heart pounding. Every step took her farther from the city, farther from the tangled streets where Falvio could stalk them with patience and precision. “Keep moving,” she whispered to herself, rocking the child gently. “You’re safe. You’re safe…” She had left Analees and Raphael behind, deliberately splitting from them to draw any potential threat away. The plan was simple: get the child to safety, somewhere Falvio could not follow. Somewhere far from his calculating gaze. And yet… a sense of dread clung to her like a shadow. --- Far above on the ridge, Falvio watched, unmoving, the wind whipping his coat around him. His eyes followed Ines, unwavering, calculating. “So… she carries him,” he murmured, voice low, almost to himself. “And she thinks she can hide him from me? She underestimates the pa

The villa was quiet in the late afternoon, but the air carried tension thick enough to choke on. Shadows clung to the corners, stretching unnaturally as the sun slanted through the windows. Inside, Analees sat on the floor of the west wing, cradling her infant son. Every sound—footsteps on marble, a distant door closing, even the faintest creak of a shutter—made her jump. The baby stirred in her arms, sensing her unease. From somewhere in the hall, Ines’s voice erupted—a high, fractured sound, unconnected to reality. “They’re coming! They’re coming for him! No! I won’t let them!” She screamed again, banging against furniture. Glass shattered somewhere in the distance, and Analees flinched, clutching her son tighter. And then, unmistakably, the villa door opened with authority. Falvio Ashford stepped in, tall, composed, and exuding an aura of control. Every movement was deliberate, calculated. He closed the door behind him, and the sound echoed like a gunshot in the vaulted entry

The estate was quiet, deceptively so, as Falvio Ashford stood by the tall French windows of Gabin’s study. Beyond the manicured gardens, the distant lights of Paris glimmered faintly through the pre-dawn mist. The silence was almost suffocating, broken only by the occasional creak of an aged floorboard and the soft rustle of trees swaying in the early morning breeze. Falvio had arrived two days earlier and Gabin had welcomed him warmly, offering the usual distractions of estate hospitality—fine whiskey, sweeping lawns, and the heavy weight of family history—but Falvio had no intention of idling. He spent the evenings reviewing maps of the Marne outskirts, cross-referencing addresses, and memorizing the layout of Raphael and Ines’s villa. The villa had become a fortress in his mind, each corridor and wing cataloged, each shadow scrutinized. Falvio’s obsession was quiet but relentless. He did not sleep much; he walked the estate at night, drinking in the faint glow of Paris and imag

“Falvio,” greeted Raphael, forcing a smile that didn’t reach his eyes. “What a surprise.Didn't expect to see you here .” “I go where truth takes me, Raphael. And lately, truth seems to be hiding here" says Falvio entering the villa. That voice—controlled, unhurried, dangerously calm—made Raphael’s stomach twist. He tried to laugh. “You’ve been reading too many thrillers.” Falvio’s gaze didn’t waver. “I wish it were fiction.” The air between them grew heavier. In the distance, a bird sang and fell silent. From somewhere deep inside the villa came the faintest echo—wood creaking, a door settling. Raphael prayed Falvio hadn’t noticed. Ines appeared in the doorway, robe tied hastily over her nightdress. “Falvio?” she breathed. “You—you're here?” Falvio offered a thin smile. “Bonjour, Ines. You look… startled.” “I am,” she admitted softly. “You could have written ahead.” “I didn’t want to be expected,” he said, stepping closer. “Sometimes people prepare too well when they know I’m

The skyline of New York City glimmered under the late afternoon sun, the steel and glass towers reflecting the fading golden light like shards of a shattered mirror. In his high-rise office, Falvio stood by the window, the city sprawled beneath him in all its merciless energy. The office was silent except for the faint hum of the city far below, and the low ticking of a clock that seemed to mock him. His hand tightened around the phone in front of him—a device that had become more a weapon than a tool, a lifeline to a past that refused to die. He dialed the familiar Paris number, one he had entrusted only to Raphael, the one person he believed he could rely on to bring his wife back to him. The line clicked, a moment of silence that stretched far too long. And then—warm, practiced, familiar—Raphael’s voice broke through. “Falvio, my friend. It has been some time. How are things in New York?” Falvio’s jaw tightened. He did not like pleasantries. He did not like soft talk. “Busy

  • Clasp of Life    Chapter 108

It began in the silence before dawn, the sort of silence that pressed on the ribs and felt too heavy for breath. Analees had been tossing in the spare bedroom that Raphael and Ines had prepared for her, a warm refuge in a house she had come to think of as more sanctuary than mere shelter. She lay curled, her swollen belly pressing against the mattress, a weight she had both cherished and feared for nine long months. It was her ninth month and Raphael insisted she stay with Ines and him. Analees was scared too so she agreed but with caution. At first, she thought the pain was a dream. A deep cramp, low and persistent, blooming from her spine around to her abdomen, catching her breath. She turned onto her back, grimacing, and rubbed her belly, whispering to the child inside as she had whispered for months: "Hold on, little one. Not yet. Wait until the light comes." But the child had other plans. The contraction tightened like a cruel hand around her torso. She gasped, clutchin
