I was standing some feet away from where Charlotte's father was in order to help her if you lost control again.

From what I could overhear, the conversation didn’t go too well. I watched as Charlotte walked away angrily before stepping forward to have a conversation with Ethan Beta.

“I have a daughter,” He said, after noticing I was walking towards him.

“Yes, you do,” I replied, taking a seat opposite him.

“She talked about living in a home where she was not loved. Do you have any idea what she might have been talking about?” Beta Ethan asked.

He seemed pretty interested in knowing about his daughter, but it was just not in my place to tell him.

This could get Charlotte angry.

“She went through a lot of fucked up things but that’s all i can tell you,” I muttered.

“I’m going to go do everything in my power to make sure she forgives me. I will never give up on her or abandon her like I did to her mother,” He said.

“Good,” I mouthed, nodding my head.
