LIAMI swat at the alarm clock on the table next to my bed, rubbing the sleep from my eyes and wondering if I look as bad as I feel. I really tied one on last night. We had a concert in New York City and the boys and I went out to party afterwards. DELILAH "Are you sure you don't want to go to the Stones shoot today?" Tessa asks me hesitantly for the fifth time in an hour. "Of course I'm sure. That would be so incredibly awkward. LIAM"Are you sure she's coming tonight?" I ask Ty for the hundredth time impatiently tapping my foot on the tile floor.He nods, a sympathetic smile on his face. "Tessa said they'd be here. DELILAH Before I realize it, Liam has me pinned between his hard body and the bar. His lips just inches away from mine. "What if I don't want you to kiss me?" I ask coyly glancing from his hazel eyes back to his soft lips. I so want him to kiss me right now. My heart is pounding in my chest and I wonder if he can tell just how badly I want it.Liam's breath hitches as he leans in, "Dels," he whispers, his voice husky. LIAM The huge rush that I get when I walk out onto the stage for a show never gets old. My adrenaline is pumping when I look out into the crowd and it's only heightened when I feel her brown eyes on me from the side of the stage. I turn my head raking my eyes over her one last time before I have to divert my attention to the crowd of people screaming our names in front of me. I'll have her screaming my name later. DELILAH A knock on the door wakes me from my drunken slumber. I roll over and notice that Liam's not in the bed anymore and all of his belongings are gone. Strange. I could have swore he stayed the night. Why would he sneak out in the middle of the night without saying bye? Did I do something to upset him? DELILAH I haven't heard from Liam at all today, which is strange considering he was all over me last night. I've been replaying last nights events in my mind and I don't remember anything happening that would have made him upset with me. It's New Years Eve and we are supposed to be hosting a party together in a few hours. I'm hoping it won't be awkward but at this point I'm pretty annoyed that he hasn't even attempted to talk to me or even sent me a text after sneaking out of my room early this morning. He must have changed his mind.After spending an hour with hair and makeup Tessa and I are all dolled up and ready for tonight's shenanigans. The event is being held on top of a fancy hotel in Time's Square. The place is decked out in gold trimmed everything, looking extremely extravagant and festive.
