Mina, let's go register," Devon took Emma's hand to the front stand to get their number for the competition.
They were going to be part of the first stage of competitors. Only the champions of the last tournament with the highest rankings could start on the second stage or the third stage. The others should go through the preliminary fights to enter a ranking.
"Why is your brother not starting from the second stage?" Emma noticed that Devon's brother had attracted much attention, some fighters were even shaking hands with him and giving some compliments.
"He hadn't participated in the last two tournaments, his ranking had expired."
"Oh… that is not fair," Emma whispered, but the thought of having to compete with someone that experienced and strong gave her a bit of shiver.
