Chapter 58. First Stage (Part 8)

The host announced the battle order. There were twenty warriors on the White group, and there would be ten combats in total, however, the number of combat circles was five. The last ten warriors will have to wait until a circle was available.

Emma was in number eight on the combat positions so she decided to sit near the circles and enjoy the show. The ones winning would be her next opponents if she managed to pass the first fight and if she did, then she will enter the rankings, that was her main purpose in the tournament. She had enough confidence in her abilities to pass the first fight but from there it would be difficult to climb up.

Even more when the place on the ranking board was decided by the number of points she gets in the next battles. The ones to give the points were a concealed panel of judges, however, she knew somehow that Master Jin was one of them. Though, she didn't know if that would be good for her or not.
