SEBASTIAN

I shoved open the locker room door, slamming my stick against the wall so hard the sound echoed through the tiles. My gloves hit the floor next, then my helmet. I dragged my hands through my hair, chest heaving, trying to breathe through the anger choking me.

I cursed under my breath, forcing my wolf to the front of my mind.

'This is your fault,' I snapped through the link, slamming my fist into the locker. 'You keep pushing me...'

'My fault? No, Sebastian. It’s yours. If you’

I’m so happy to see this is back to being updated! It is one of my favorites! I love Ruby and Sebastian have kind of made up! I do think they should stop because where they are at! I also think the two need to have a real conversation but I’m so happy they aren’t fighting!

  • Contract With My Hockey Alpha   CHAPTER 61

SEBASTIANI tore through the woods like a demon unleashed, my wolf's paws pounding against the earth so hard the ground seemed to tremble beneath me. Trees blurred past in streaks of shadow and moonlight. My breath came in harsh, ragged bursts, steam rising from my muzzle in the cold night air.Every muscle in my body burned with the singular need to find her.To save her.To rip Warren apart. If he touches her... If he hurts her—'He won't,' my wolf cut in, though the fear clawing at my chest said otherwise.'We'll get to her in time.'Through the mind link, I could feel Ruby—faint, like a candle flickering in the distance, but there. Her fear pulsed through the bond, sharp and raw, mixing with my own rage until I couldn't tell where hers ended and mine began.'I'm coming,' I told her again, pushing the words through the connection with everything I had. 'Hold on, sunshine. I'm almost there.'I could feel her trying to respond, her thoughts brushing against mine, but they were muffle

RUBY 'Ruby.' Sebastian's voice echoed through my mind, distant but urgent, pulling me from the darkness. 'Ruby, answer me. Please.' I tried to respond, tried to push my thoughts toward him, but something held me back. It was like trying to shout underwater—my voice caught, muffled, trapped somewhere deep inside me where I couldn't reach it. 'Ruby!' His voice was desperate now, breaking at the edges, and I wanted so badly to answer him, to tell him I was okay, that I was— Where was I? Something brushed against my thigh. My eyes snapped open. The world came into focus slowly, hazily—dim light, the hum of an engine, leather seats beneath me. And a hand. A hand on my leg, fingers trailing upward, parting my thighs. I jerked awake fully, adrenaline slamming into me like a freight train. Warren sat beside me in the backseat, his face too close, his hand still on my leg. I shoved him away hard, scrambling toward the door, pressing myself against it as far as I could get from hi

SEBASTIAN The second Cassie ran off and Ruby chased after her, I grabbed Robert by the arm and yanked him away from the crowd. "What the hell was that?" I demanded, pulling him toward the side of the house where the noise was less deafening. Robert jerked his arm free, his jaw tight. "I don't want to talk about it." "Too bad," I snapped. "You're going to talk about it. I've known you for years, Robert. You never hold back when you want something. You go for it. So why the hell did you pull this stunt with Cassie?" "I said I don't want to talk about it!" he shouted, running a hand through his hair. His face was flushed, whether from anger or embarrassment or both, I couldn't tell. I stared at him, shaking my head. "I knew it. I knew you had a thing for Cassie." Robert's head snapped up. "What?" "Don't play dumb with me," I said. "I've seen the way you two fight. The way you push each other's buttons. It's not normal, Robert. It's like you're obsessed with getting a rise out of

RUBY "How did you get this number?" I demanded, my voice trembling despite my attempt to sound strong. Warren's low chuckle echoed through the phone, making my skin crawl. "How I got your number isn't something you should worry about, little wolf." "Then what should I worry about?" I snapped back, trying to keep my voice steady. "The fact that you're a rogue?" There was a pause. A brief, telling silence. "Sebastian?" he said finally, and I could hear the surprise in his voice. "You think I wouldn't know who you really are?" I shot back, gripping the phone tighter. My hand was shaking now, adrenaline pumping through my veins. "You think Sebastian wouldn't find out? You've been kicked out of your pack for violence, Warren. You have ties to rogue movements. Did you really think you could just show up here and nobody would notice?" "I'm not a rogue," he said quickly, his tone shifting to something almost defensive. "And I don't mean any harm toward you, Ruby. I swear." "Right,

  • Contract With My Hockey Alpha   CHAPTER 57

RUBY "Cassie!" I shouted, pushing through the crowd after her. People moved out of my way, probably sensing the urgency radiating off me in waves. My heart was racing, not from the running but from the sheer devastation I'd seen on my best friend's face. She bolted through the sliding glass door into the house, and I followed right behind her. The noise from the party dulled the moment we stepped inside, replaced by the muffled thump of bass through the walls. "Cassie, please," I said softly. "Just... talk to me." She didn't listen. She kept moving—fast, determined—like she was trying to outrun the hurt. But then, halfway across the living room, she suddenly stopped. Just froze in place, her shoulders heaving with ragged breaths. I caught up to her, reaching out carefully to touch her arm. "Cass—" "Why would he lie?" she whispered, her voice breaking. She turned to face me, and the look in her eyes shattered me. Raw pain, confusion, betrayal—all of it swirling together. "Why w

RUBY “Hey,” she said, her voice slurred just enough to be obvious. “Wanna dance?”All three of us froze.Aiden blinked, clearly caught off guard.“Uh—”“No,” Cassie said instantly. Then shoved his shoulder. “Go. Dance.”He stared at her.“What?”“You’re allowed to have fun,” she insisted. “Go before she drags someone else.”Aiden hesitated and looked at me, silently asking permission.“It’s okay,” I said softly. “Really.”He let out a small, awkward laugh as the blonde grabbed his hand and tugged him away.“Okay. I’ll see you guys later.”Cassie and I watched them disappear into the crowd.“Wow,” I muttered. “She didn’t even wait for a yes.”Cassie giggled.“Bold. I respect it.”My eyes drifted instinctively across the party, searching for Sebastian. I couldn’t see him from here, but he’d said he’d be by the pool.“I’m going to find Seb,” I said. “He’s waiting for me.”Cassie grabbed my arm, stopping me mid-step.“Wait, don’t leave me alone.”I softened immediately.“You won’t be alo

RUBYAs Annalisa approached, the lively buzz in the air began to die down. Even the hockey boys, who had been singing just moments ago, lowered their voices to a murmur. Everyone knew or at least assumed that the goddess would bond Annalisa and Sebastian as mates. But now, the tables had seemingly tu

RUBYFor the past few minutes, my annoying alarm clock had been ringing, urging me to get ready for school, but I didn’t move from my bed. Instead, I groaned, curling deeper under my blanket as last night’s events replayed in my mind. Suddenly, my body shuddered with fear, gripped by familiar trauma

SEBASTIAN Annalisa had always been strong, but in this moment, she seemed fragile, and my heart squeezed. I had hurt her. “I’m sorry,” I whispered, though I wasn’t sure what I was apologizing for exactly. For hurting her? For not loving her the way she wanted me to? Or maybe for the lie I’d just got

  • Contract With My Hockey Alpha   CHAPTER 10

SEBASTIAN I never felt so hungry for lips before but tonight I was. Since the dance with Ruby, I had been battling with everything inside me not to devour her mouth as my wolf reminded me of how her lips tasted the first time I kissed her at the school night party. I was drunk that night but I could
