Alexander’s POV

I had just sat down and I barely had any time to say anything or even greet my mother before she pounced on me.

“Do you want to kill me before my time, Alexander Dominic Williams?” My mother asked in a very angry tone, her voice loud enough to echo through the room, but thankfully we were the only ones there.

I let out a sigh as I pinched the bridge of my nose and turned to look at her. “Mom, you’re exaggerating and please stop calling my full name.”

“I’m exaggerating?” She asked me, her voice getting louder as she said each word. “Don’t you dare open that filthy mouth of yours and tell me I’m exaggerating. g. I raised you better than this, Alexander. I raised you to be a man of manners, a gentleman! But instead of acting how I raised you, you’re out there doing God knows what and you left Maya, who is your wife might I add all alone in the house like she’s some kind of stranger to you. She doesn’t even feel like she belongs in her own home.”
