Nortia's POV

My head plummeted when I stretched a hand over, the cold warmth had me jerking up in an instant, when I noticed Alexis was nowhere to be found.

“ Calm down Nortia” I whispered repeatedly to myself,urging myself to stay calm because there was no way he would have gotten hurt. He was with me and I knew that as well, but the thought of the car going up in flames still sieved in at intervals.

When the door cranked open, I turned at it waiting for him to walk in which he did with a tray in his hands.

“ Your awake, I thought you were going to sleep some more, it seems I didn't do my work properly last night”

My face inked pink at his words while I blushed trying not to show how much effects his words have on me.

“You know you did”

Placing a hand on the bed after dropping the tray gently just beside it, he bent over, placing his lips against mine. I bit on his, earning a giggle from him which he returned.
