CHAPTER 32 – Wedding Preparations
“D, drive-thru, please” she requested as Daniel drove off.
“With all her riches, she could only serve me salad for dinner?” she felt aggrieved.
Daniel understood.
He knew better than anyone that it’s a mortal sin to let the little woman go hungry.
“Are you full now, babe?” Daniel started teasing again after she finished her burger.
“Don’t call me that” she warned.
“You started it. I kind of like it”
Celine looked at him still trying to decide whether to enquire or not.
Since he’s in the mood to tease, maybe she could get some gossip tonight.
“Okay, fine”
“But in case you get together with Tiff, you don’t get to use that, okay?”
“You need to choose a new one, babe” she pinched the side of his torso.
Daniel looked at her intently.
