CHAPTER 42 – Missing Daniel
After cleaning up, she went straight to their bedroom not waiting for Daniel.
She smiled bitterly.
Every time they would have something special, they would be interrupted.
Maybe it’s better that way.
She needs a reminder whenever she’s having ‘what if’s’ moment.
Anyway, she needed to conserve her energy.
The next day is Saturday and she needs to go to the facility.
She slept without waiting for Daniel.
When she woke up the next day, Daniel was not in the bed.
She just left a note on his bed side table and went out.
She was so happy to see Jack in her black hair and white uniform.
“Celine, thank you” Jack started.
It seems she took Celine’s advise to modulate her voice.
