SABRINA’S POV

I sat on the edge of the couch, cradling the baby against my chest as if I’d done it a thousand times before. But I hadn’t.

Not with him. His little body was warm, wrapped tight in the soft, blue blanket, and yet I couldn’t stop shivering.

Michal knelt in front of me, his arms out as if he was still afraid I might hand the baby back to the universe and pretend this wasn’t real.

But it was. It was real.

“I don’t hear a car. I don’t hear anything,” I whispered, glancing back toward the door as if someone might suddenly appear to claim him.

Michal shook his head. “There’s no one. Not even a trace. No tire marks, no note. Just… him.”

We stared at each other for a long moment. The baby shifted in my arms and gave a soft, breathy sigh. It was like the sound sealed something in place. Like destiny exhaled.

My throat tightened. “Michal… what do we do?”

He didn’t hesitate. “We keep him.”

He was asleep now—finally.

His tiny chest rose and fell in slow, even

  • Craving My Mafia Obsession    Chapter 117

Sabrina’s POV We moved the gathering downstairs eventually—too many of us for the nursery to contain. Sebastian made coffee, the rich scent drifting through the halls, and the house seemed to hum with quiet contentment. Carter and Able raced ahead to claim the living room TV, voices bouncing off the walls like tiny echoes of Sebastian’s energy. I sat curled against Michal on the couch, Elijah still tucked safely in my arms. His tiny breaths warmed the space near my chest, steady and fragile and perfect. “I feel like I’m dreaming,” I whispered, afraid to raise my voice above the hush of it all. Michal kissed my forehead, his lips lingering there as if sealing the moment. “You’re not.” Shelly waddled in with her tea, grinning, her free hand balancing against the armrest as she lowered herself into a chair. “I already added Elijah to the family group chat. He’s officially in.” “Oh, thank God,” I deadpanned, shifting Elijah slightly so I could smirk at her. “Wouldn’t wan

  • Craving My Mafia Obsession    Chapter 116

Sabrina’s POV I sat in the cozy rocking chair, one arm wrapped around our new son, the other gently brushing my fingers across his tiny, wrinkled hand. His baby blue blanket — the one he had been found in — was now neatly folded in the corner of the bassinet. Instead, he was swaddled in a soft cream-colored wrap embroidered with tiny stars. He looked like something out of a dream. Michal stood by the doorway, arms crossed, leaning against the frame with a look on his face that could only be described as awe. He’d been quiet all morning, which for him meant a thousand unspoken words were pressing at the seams. His protective instincts were already dialed to a ten. Every sound Elijah made had him on alert. “Is it weird that I already feel like I’ve known him forever?” I whispered, cradling Elijah closer. Michal smiled softly. “Not weird. Just right.” I looked up at him. “She’s going to want to meet him the moment she opens her eyes.” “She was stirring a minute ago,

Sabrina’s POV Sunlight filtered through the gauzy bedroom curtains, painting warm golden lines across our sheets. I lay with my cheek pressed against Michal’s chest, his heartbeat calm and steady beneath my ear. For a long while, we didn’t speak. Just breathed. His fingers traced slow circles along my back, the way he always did when he was thinking about something deeply—something he hadn’t said yet. I shifted slightly, looking up at him. “You’re doing that thing again.” Michal smirked, his dark eyes catching mine. “What thing?” “The thinking-so-loud-I-can-hear-it thing.” He chuckled, rolling slightly so he could look down at me. “Just thinking about the other night. Aubree was so happy. She’s growing up fast.” “Too fast,” I whispered, my fingers brushing his jaw. “She’s becoming her own little person.” “She’s got your smile,” he murmured. “And your heart.” I smiled. “And your attitude.” He laughed out loud at that, pulling me closer. “You think I’m the problem

Sabrina POV “UNCLE LUCA!” A blur of curls and pink barreled into the hallway like a tornado. Aubree—my sunshine, my miracle, my daughter—flung herself at Luca before he had time to brace. He caught her awkwardly, wide-eyed, and stared at her like he couldn’t believe she was real. “You came!” she grinned, hugging his neck. “Daddy said maybe, but I didn’t think you would!” Luca’s arms wrapped around her with a kind of reverent slowness. “You’ve gotten so big.” “Duh! I’m TEN now,” she announced proudly. “And I missed you, even if Mommy says you moved away for a while.” My cheeks burned. Luca glanced at me over her head, a flicker of amusement behind the guilt in his eyes. “I missed you too, sunshine,” he murmured. She pulled back, hands on his shoulders. “Are you staying this time?” He hesitated, then looked at me. I nodded. “If he wants to.” By the time Sebastian appeared in the hallway, his expression unreadable, the tension was already palpable. Carter and

  • Craving My Mafia Obsession    Chapter 112

Sabrina’s POV The sun filtered through the sheer curtains in a soft, golden haze, painting streaks of warm light across the sheets tangled around our bodies. I blinked slowly, savoring the delicious ache that still hummed through me from the night before. Michal’s arm was draped across my waist, his bare chest rising and falling behind me. His breath stirred the loose strands of my hair as he pulled me closer. Instinctively curling his body around mine like he was trying to shield me from even the morning itself. I smiled sleepily, running my fingers gently over the back of his hand. Every inch of me felt cherished—worshipped, even. Last night hadn’t just been romantic. It had been… everything. A reminder of the love that never dulled. A spark that never faded. “You’re staring at me again,” Michal mumbled against my neck, his voice still heavy with sleep. “I like what I see,” I teased softly. He groaned and shifted, his hand sliding up to rest just under my ribs, f
