Johnny and I watch Isabella walk back into the office building before I turned to him, his face filled with questions.“You and Isabel?” My brother Johnny asks raising his eyes a mischievous grin on his face.

Isabella’s POV After our little heart to heart conversation Carter and I have dinner in front of the tv while watching friends. After we cuddle on the couch, I don’t know how long we sprawled on the couch like that, connected and close, my head on his shoulder and his hands caressing the curve of my spine. I check the time to see it’s almost 11 pm and I was supposed to meet with Alessia hours ago, I already have angry messages from her. "I have to go." I say looking at my phone. Carter pressed his lips to my temple and murmured, “Stay.” “I can’t Alessia will kill me if I don’t meet her in the next 30 minutes.” I say still cuddled against him. He hugged me. “You’re coming back though?” He asked. “It’s already late, see you tomorrow at work?” I ask. “I’m flying to Silicon Valley tomorrow.” He says nuzzling his nose on my hair. “When will you be back?” I asked pouting.

The whole office has been buzzing with gossip about Carter and I, few people who were at his sisters fashion show saw us together so there has been speculations about our relationship. Isabella’s POV After yesterday night, after our fight Carter and I didn’t talk much. He stayed over at my apartment and left in the early hours of the morning. I don’t see him again till he calls me to his office to have lunch with him which by the way he didn’t stay. He was insanely busy. Three conference calls. Two meetings, plus countless other calls he had to return. So there was no crazy hot office sex to alleviate the burn, or any making up after our fight. Or maybe the insanely hot sex we had last night was us making up. Anyway I have lunch alone in his office. And suddenly I was back to sulking, even as ridiculous as that made me feel, I missed him. By closing time, I was hugely relieved. Couldn’t wait to get the hell out of the office, don’t get me wrong I love my job here. I love working on and creating new computer programs but then sometimes I get bored of. At least I had dinner with my father to look
