CHAPTER 45
Isabella’s POV
We walk back to our bedroom, kissing slowly the whole way there. When we’re finally inside Carter turns me away from him and slowly slides down the zipper on my dress. My heart beats hard.
He kisses my neck as he slides my dress down over my hips. His lips linger over mine, and then as if remembering what he was doing, he spins me back toward him and holds me still. I’m in a red, lacy bra and matching lace G-string.
His eyes drop down my body, and when they rise to my face, his eyes are blazing with desire.
I stand still, unable to move. The heat of his gaze is burning my skin as his eyes roam all over me.
He’s so hot like this.
He sits on the bed and lifts one of my legs onto the bed beside him. He pulls my panties to the side and kisses me there.
“You’re so beautiful Isabella,” he whispers.

Isabella’s POV One whole week of endlessly perfectness. We’ve eaten amazing food prepared by our very own very talented chef, we also made it out of our own private island and into the main island, we ate beautiful restaurants and swam in the Caribbean Sea. We’ve made love under the stars, and fucked until we couldn’t breathe. Carter is perfect and think I might be in love. Utterly, completely, and irrevocably in love and it scares the fuck out of me. We’re finally back to New York and like I said our almost sex tape is old news now. Some New York elite investment banker cheated on his wife with hookers so that’s the new story going around, my indiscretion with Carter totally in the past. Carter and I have dinner later with his family, his sisters family dinner but I got invited too. I’m so anxious of meeting his mother again, it was clear the last we met she didn’t like me so I’m a little scared.

Isabella’s POV It’s finally the weekend, we just got to The Hamptons. Stephanie is having her close friends and family in her beach house for her birthday. I got her a present even though Carter specifically told me not to get her anything but that’s just rude going to a birthday party without any present. Anyway I know she’s into clothes and fashion so I got her a vintage 1950’s Chanel bag, there’s only 3 of those ever made I brought it in an auction. Carter’s POV We pass George on the hallway and he grins mischievously at me carrying Isabella in my arms while she blushes deep red. I put her down when we finally enter a guest room on the first floor, I have been here to my sisters beach house multiple times so I know the outline of the place and also the closest place Isabella and I can be alone. “I can’t believe you just carried me inside!”Isabella exclaims as soon as I put her down. “What’s wrong with me carrying you?” I ask knowing damn well she gets shy a lot. “They are going to think we’re in here having sex.” She says and I pull her into me wrapping my arm around her waist. “So what? Isabella’s POVI can’t believe we slept off. It’s so peaceful and quiet here unlike the city. I look for my little travel size hand bag, I had carried a couple of swimsuits, a summer dress and other essentials before coming here we’re going back into the city early in the morning.It’s 2.am now Carter is sleeping peacefully beside me, I unwrap his arm carefully from around me and hop out of bed noticing my bag at the end of the room.
