Chapter XIII
Ruvyn and Nieven headed together to Jimmy's room to wake him up and have breakfast together. The wizard gently knocked and opened the wooden door.
“Jimmy wake up—!” Ruvyn widened his eyes when he saw Jimmy sleeping, his head resting on the king's shoulder. They both slept on the little couch in front of the window.
The two lovers shared a confused look and kept staring at them. “The king spent the night here?” Nieven whispered, looking at how peaceful Taegen was, his black locks covering his eyes as his head was rested against the wall.
“It seems like it.” Ruvyn shrugged. “This is the strangest thing I have seen in so many years.”
Nieven nodded and ran his fingers through his long silver hair. “Should we wake them up?” he asked.
“I don't think it is a good idea.” Ruvyn shook his head. “I know how embarrassed the king would be.”

Ruvyn left to help his lover and Jimmy found himself alone once again. He went for a walk around the garden and sat in front of the fountain. Jimmy didn't know what made the moment more magical, the fact that golden dust was falling from the rainbows, or the fact that the king of Fantasia just kissed his lips.He felt his heart bursting inside his chest when Taegen stared at him with his beautiful purple eyes, when he gently touched his cheek, caressed his hair and closed the gap between them.Jimmy only read about kisses or maybe sometimes saw one in a movie. When Jimmy opened his eyes, the only thing he saw was that the room was different from his. It looked bigger and brighter.
