“I can tell you’re not happy to see me,” the man stood up from the chair. His long dark cloak touching the floor. The tall and broad body figure of his Father made his ghoulish appearance even more horrifying. His bright red eyes boring on Lucas as he made his way in front of him.
“I am just paying you a visit, Son.” His devilish smirk made Lucas furious. His fists are trembling with anguish.
“Oh you think you can fool me, Samael? Of all creatures, your Son?!” Lucas scoffed. This made his Father laugh.
Samael, the Angel of Death, the guardian of hell, the one who has the ultimatum for all the sinners, is Lucas’s Father.
“I am amazed by how you got my…dubious trait,” he said, with so much amusement in his tone.

Selene woke up to the noise coming from the outside of her window. She grunted in annoyance and covered her head with her pillow, but the laughters and chatters did not stop.
