Days of locking myself up in my room and only accepting food when it's delivered by the cook only. I'm very grateful that Aamon and Ember respected my decision and privacy during the hard time.

I've been numb, my world shattered and I was torn between abandoning my love for writing, maybe that's the best thing to do. It will be hard and hurt so much to give it all up but it's the only best option I have right now.

I get up and head into the bathroom to take a shower. I pull on some pink sweatpants and a large t-shirt then tie my hair in a messy bun on top of my head.

I stare at my switched off phone. It's been days and sooner or later, I'll have to stop hiding and shutting the world out. I need to continue school. Life needs to go on.
