Explanation of my long absence.

I'm sorry for the long delay in postings.3. I have some physical and mental health issues that make me disappear from time to time on publishing sites.4. Furthermore, I'm doing treatment with professionals in the area to improve these problems, the problem that stops the medication side effect (yes, I take medication for anxiety and now for diabetes) takes a month or more.5. Side effects of medication are sleepiness, lethargy and sometimes a little gastritis.6. That's why I posted and then disappeared. Today was a good day, so I took the opportunity to publish.7.
