Chapter Thirty-one: The Naked Truth

My eyes were fixed at Elizabeth. I can't believe my eyes. She's actually here, in a flesh. I want to yell at her and be mad at her for abandoning me but I just can't. I know better now. Instead of lashing out my anger, and disappointment I ran towards her and hugged her tight.

She wrapped her arms around me and let out a soft laugh, "Now, that's new. Since when did you became a hugger?" she asked in a playful tone.

"I hate you," I muffled. I don't mean what I said and I know Elizabeth knows that. I'm so happy she's here. And I need to hear her explanations.

"Everyone please be seated," Elizabeth order as soon as we broke the hug then motioned her hand at the chairs. Naupo kami sa kani-kaniyang upuan. I settled at the chair in front of Elizabeth.
