Nanny welcomed me so warmly and now I was sitting on one of the couches. I looked around the house, my lips curving into a smile. The house looked beautiful from the inside and everything was arranged in order.

It had the warmth that the house should have. I couldn't explain why but I felt so comfortable to be in nanny's house. I relaxed on the couch, allowing myself to feel like I was at home. I didn't have any idea what was cooking but…whatever it was, it smelled delicious.

Nanny always cooked delicious food. She's the one who taught me how to cook and I’ll forever be grateful to her. I used to spend most of the time with her in the kitchen, watching as she cooked…

I wiped tears from my eyes using the back of my hand, the smile on my lips broadening. I still couldn't believe that I had found my nanny, safe and sound. It felt surreal. If it was a dream, I didn't want to wake up from it.
