Hi guys.

I know it's been a while. My life is a little crazy and it's super hard to find time to write. I apologise for the long wait, however, I will always continue updating, even if it takes ages. If you don't have any updates for a while it doesn't mean I've stopped, it just means I simply do not have the time.

I will always continue to update and I will let you guys know if I ever plan to stop, so if you don't hear anything, please just wait. An update will come.

I promise.

Also, people are complaining about not seeing enough of Indianna and Greyson. I get that you want more of them, but please understand that I need to show the other characters and what's happening with them so the story flows and you understand what's happening with everyone. If I just showed everything from Indianna and Greyson's POV lots of information would be missed about other characters and you would have no idea what's going on:). This story is no longer JUST about Indie and Greyson, it includes everyone and while Indie and Greyson are the main characters, there are other characters with their own small storylines to include. But don't worry, you still will see Indie and Greyson!:)

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas, even if you weren't able to spend it with all of your loved ones because of COVID.

There probably won't be an update for a while. I am a student paramedic and in three weeks I start my placement on the ambulances. Working for the NHS during a pandemic is obviously a lot and I will need to prioritise my work, my degree, and my health and wellbeing. This degree is one of the main reasons why I'm taking so long to update, it's a lot of work and takes up a lot of my time. I really want to write the next update soon as I'm so excited to get to the next part of the story, but I'm not a speedy writer and I need to focus on the real word first.

I hope you understand:)

Stay safe everyone and enjoy the update, thank you for sticking with me x

The next day Greyson woke early. He left Indianna sleeping peacefully and went downstairs to prepare some breakfast for him and Indianna. It was quiet, the pack members who had returned to the house yesterday had all gone to school. Once he was done he walked back to his room, picking up the post that was lying on the floor by the front door on the way. Indianna yawned when he returned to the room and opened her eyes, looking up at Greyson sleepily. She smiled when she saw him carrying two trays of food.

"This is a lovely sight," Indianna said sleepily and sat up, taking a tray from Greyson when he passed it to her. She looked hungrily at the steaming hot food in front of her.

"Bon appetite," Greyson said and sat down next to Indianna who was already eating. He chuckled and flicked through the letters that had been delivered in the post. There was one with his name written on the envelope. When he opened it he saw that it was from Lily. There was lists of names and whereabouts for all of Rogue's men.

"What's that?" Indianna asked through a mouthful of scrambled egg.

"It's from Lily, Harry's sister," Greyson said. "It's the details on Rogue's men."

"That's brilliant," Indianna said. "I still can't believe Harry's sister is alive."

"Yeah. She's a bundle of joy," Greyson said with a roll of his eyes.

"Must run in the family," Indianna said sarcastically.

Greyson scoffed and scanned the list of Rogue's men. "I'll go through this later with Ace, Harry, and Oscar. We need to come up with a plan of action. If we start kidnapping a bunch of Rogue's men then he'll realise. We need to do this carefully."

"While you're doing that I'm going to take Alice to see Alec," Indianna said.

Greyson turned his head, looking at Indianna with raised eyebrows. "You're what?"

"You heard exactly what I said," Indianna said. "I don't believe he's a threat."

"We cannot trust him," Greyson said dismissively.

"Greyson, he was protecting his mate," Indianna said with a sigh. "He doesn't deserve to be locked up."

"I'll make that decision."

"No," Indianna said. "I get a say. Greyson, what would you to to protect me? What lengths would you go to?"

Greyson didn't say anything.

"You would do more and worse than Alec," Indianna said softly. "He was scared for his mate. You can't blame him for what he did. He's an Alpha with no pack, he deserves to have his mate."

Greyson sighed. "Fine," he said shortly. "But if I suspect that he has even the slightest of loyalties to Rogue then I'm killing him."

Indianna didn't argue with him. She believed that Alec only wanted his mate, and wanted nothing to do with Rogue if he could help it. "Okay."

Once they had eaten breakfast they changed and got ready for the day. Greyson had agreed to meet Ace, Harry and Oscar in his office and Brooke and Indianna were meeting Alice who had spent the night in Kal's room.

"Can you keep your mind open?" Greyson asked. He walked up behind Indianna who was pulling a shirt on. "Please," he murmured and kissed Indianna's cheek. "I need to feel you."

"Of course," Indianna said. She turned around to face Greyson. "I have to go and meet Brooke and Alice."

Greyson sighed and nodded. "Fine. Go."

"Don't make that face. Nothing is going to happen. Alec was forced to work for Rogue. He's free from him now."

"I'll believe it when I see it," Greyson muttered. He kissed Indianna gently. "I'll see you later."

Indianna nodded and they went their separate ways. She met up with Brooke and they made their way to Kal's room. The door was ajar and they knocked before pushing it open. "Morning," Brooke said brightly and walked into the room. Kal and Kimberly were sitting together on the couch and Alice and Sasha were sat on the bed, Alice shaking her leg nervously.

"This is insane," Alice said. "Are you sure that this is real? I was thinking last night and I'm pretty sure that this could be a dream."

"Sometimes I wish this could all be a dream," Brooke murmured and sat down next to Alice.

"It's real," Indianna confirmed. She sat down next to Kimberly on the couch.

"How are you feeling?" Kimberly asked quietly.

Indianna looked down at her stomach and smiled. "Better than I have in a long time."

Kimberly nodded. "Good. Greyson may be an ass but I am very glad that he's back."

Indianna chuckled. "You can say that again."

"You know, Alice, if you're having doubts you don't need to see him," Kal called. "You can just leave him down there and forget about him."

"I can't forget about him," Alice said and took a deep breath. "I literally can't get him out of my head, it's scary."

"Stupid mate bond," Kal grumbled.

"Oi." Kimberly nudged Kal with her elbow and gave him a look. "What did you say?"

"That I love you," Kal said sweetly.

"Lets get this over with," Alice said suddenly. She stood up from the bed and looked at Indianna. "Take me to the creepy dungeon that you live above."

Indianna couldn't help but laugh and she stood. She needed to use the arm of the couch to help now that she was getting bigger. "Come with me."

"I'm trusting you, Indie!" Kal called. "Look after my sister!"

"She's going to be fine," Indianna said. "Alec isn't going to be a threat to her."

"I've spent the most time with him," Brooke said and linked her arm through Alice's. "I agree, I don't think he's dangerous."

Kal pulled a face and sighed. "Just get on with it," he grumbled.

Indianna, Brooke, and Alice left the room, leaving Kal, Kimberly and Sasha behind. The girls tried to calm Alice's nervousness as they made their way to the underground cells. "Before you meet him I would like to talk to him," Indianna said, stopping at the top of the stairs that led down to Alec. "Is that okay, Alice? It won't be long."

Alice swallowed, looking down the dark staircase. "Sure."

Indianna nodded and carefully descended the narrow staircase. She stopped outside the first cell and looked at Alec who was sitting on the floor, head in his hands. "Alec," Indianna said. He looked up, his eyes wide, clearly not expecting visitors. "We haven't officially met."

"Luna," Alec said, respectfully bowing his head.

Indianna glanced around the dirty cell and frowned. "I apologise for the way my mate is treating you," she said.

Alec laughed. "I'm not."

"You're not?" Indianna wondered.

"After what I've done. I'm meant to be an Alpha. I'm meant to be strong, brave, but Rogue turned me into a coward. I'm the one who should be sorry. I've not exactly given you any reasons to trust or like me."

"You protected your mate," Indianna said softly. "You did what you thought was right, for Alice. My friend. I appreciate you trying to keep her safe."

"Is she safe?" Alec asked. It pained him to ask.

"She's here, waiting to meet you," Indianna said.

Alec's eyes lit up. "She is?"

"Yes." Indianna smiled. "But I need to ask you something first."

"Anything," Alec said eagerly.

"Are you with us?" Indianna asked. "Will you help us take down Rogue? My priority isn't just with my mate, it's with my pack, my friends." She rubbed her stomach. "My children. I can't let you endanger them. So, please, answer me truthfully. Who's side are you on?"

"Yours," Alec said immediately. "I understand that I was wrong before. I was scared of Rogue, but now I know we need to fight him. Destroy him. It's time I started acting like an Alpha again. I've let myself down."

Indianna stared at Alec, studying carefully. After a few moments she smiled and nodded. "I believe you."

Alec let out a sigh of relief. "Thank you."

"Would you like to meet your mate?"

"Please," Alec nodded.

"Alice!" Indianna called and she walked over to where the keys to Alec's cell were hung up. "You can come down!"

Alice appeared with Brooke, still looking nervous, as Indianna unlocked Alec's cell. She stopped awkwardly, staring at Alec with narrowed eyes. She looked him up and down and crossed her arms over her chest. "So, you're the reason I was kidnapped by some psycho wolf dude?"

Alec paled. "I... Er..."

Brooke looked at her friend with wide eyes and then to Alec, shifting awkwardly on her feet.

"I guess I am," Alec said. "This isn't the way I thought I would meet you."

Alice cocked her head to the side, her eyes travelling up and down Alec's body. "I'm Alice. Seeing as we're supposedly be together for the rest of our lives you should at least now my name." She held her hand out.

Alec looked flustered as he took Alice's hand. They both gasped when they touched. Alice raised her eyebrows. "This is all so crazy," she whispered. "Is this normal? These sparks? This can't be normal?"

"I promise you it's all normal," Indianna said with a small smile. "We'll leave you two alone. It's about time you got to know each other."

"Alone? I've just met you, I still don't know if you're a killer psycho," Alice said.

"Well, if you give me a chance I'll prove to you that I'm not?" Alec said, raising his eyebrows hopefully.

Alice shrugged her shoulders. "That's good enough for me. See you later, guys."

"Have fun," Brooke called and linked her arm through Indianna's and the two girls left Alice and Alec alone. "You trust him, don't you?" Brooke said once they were above ground.

Indianna nodded. "I do."

"So do I," Brooke said. "We just have to convince our mates."

Indianna laughed. "That's going to be tricky."

Indianna forced a smile. "I would never."Greyson chuckled. "Are you not eating any more, sugar?"Indianna stared down at the food on her plate, feeling full. She had taken a lot more food than she could manage to consume. She shook her head.Greyson turned to his sister. "Has she actually eaten a decent breakfast?""Greyson, I've eaten!" Indianna argued.Kirstie rolled her eyes. "Trust your mate, you dick. She ate enough for a whole family.""Great. In that case." Greyson took Indianna's plate from her and sat down between the two girls, tucking into the remains of Indianna's breakfast."We better get organised," Mac said, running his hand along Kirstie's thigh. "We gotta a lot of men to get today.""No rest for the wicked," Kirstie sighed and jumped up from the floor. "Let's go tear down Rogue's empire, lover."Mac chuckled and let Kirstie pull him up from the floor. "Let's do this.""You know," Oscar said, furrowing his eyebrows as he stood up with Kirstie and Max , "you'd think th

DAY ONEIndianna was woken by Kal's snores, they were soft, but she had been struggling to sleep the whole night and now all she could focus on was Kal's heavy breathing. She sighed and turned over, trying to get comfortable which was rather hard with her bump. She was now looking at Greyson as he slept. He seemed so peaceful. His face was so calm and serene, she wished that he didn't have to wake up to the hell they were in.Greyson's eye twitched and Indianna knew that he was no longer asleep. He reached out, wrapping his arms around her and pulling her into his chest, resting his chin on her head and one hand on her stomach. *It's early, sugar, you should be asleep, not perving on me while I sleep.*Indianna chuckled slightly. *Sleep doesn't come easily these days.**Try,* Greyson pleaded. *It's 2am. You need your rest.**So do you.**I'm fine. I'm swapping watch duty with Oscar soon anyway.*The rest of the previous day was spent waiting anxiously for Oscar, Kirstie and Mac to ret

"Please don't call yourself that," Indianna said."It's true. I can't be trusted-""Would a monster feel remorse?" Indianna asked, cutting Tai off. "Do you think Rogue feels remorse over his actions?""That is different-""You are not a monster, Tai," Indianna insisted. "You didn't do what you did on purpose. As you said, you lost control. What happened has happened, it can't be taken back. The only thing we can do now is focus on the present. Tai, will you help us now?"It was a few moments before Tai acknowledged that Indianna had spoken. She pursed her lips and gave one sharp nod. "I need to wash this blood off of me," she said and turned on her heel and disappeared into Indianna's room.Indianna made her way to Greyson's room next. The scent of him surrounded her when she entered and she closed her eyes, caressing her bump. She didn't want to go without him. Indianna swallowed the lump in her throat and changed out of the clothes she had been wearing for dinner. Once she was in sw

"If I'd have known that talking to Brooklyn would change your mind then I would have suggested you do that as soon as you started to disagree with me."Indianna scowled at Greyson who smirked at her as she approached him. "Shut up."Greyson reached out and took Indianna's hand, pulling her towards him. "Thank you," he murmured."I'm still annoyed," Indianna grumbled and looked down at her feet, glaring."Hey." Greyson took Indianna's chin and tilted her head up. "Please don't be. You're keeping yourself and our children safe. That's the most important thing. Don't scowl at me, sugar.""You're important."Greyson smiled and kissed Indianna's forehead affectionately. "God, I love you, woman."Karl suddenly yelled from across the room. "They're here! Fucking hell, you took your time, lads! It's not like we're waiting for a psychopath to come and kill us or anything!""You just can't keep your mouth shut, can you?" Harry groaned, but made his way over to where Kal was now standing, over t

"Just me," Greyson croaked. "You know it's the smart thing to do. There's no point in slaughtering a whole pack.""You think I care about how many people I have control over? Do you think I care about that when my mate is lying dead in my arms!" Rogue roared. He threw Greyson to the side, kicking him onto the floor. "You will all die! I will kill you all for what you have done. None of you will live to see next week." Rogue looked down at Stacey and brushed her hair away from his face, smiling down at her. "Everything I will do to this pack will be for you, my love," he whispered. "I promise, I will make them suffer." He then walked towards the woods, not looking back at the pack. "If any of them try to leave, break their legs! I want them alive, for now!" Was the last thing Rogue said to his men before he disappeared. The rest of his men remained, but they retreated into the trees, out of sight, still there, but watching. The silence that followed next was deafening. No one said a wo

Nothing she could possibly say would help."Your pack killed my mate. SHE'S DEAD BECAUSE OF YOU. OF YOUR PACK! YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE!" His yells echoed in the woods surrounding them. "You..." He whispered. "You are going to pay."Indianna was too stunned to speak. She was vaguely aware of Greyson putting himself between her and Rogue, but that didn't stop Indianna from staring at her brother who looked ferocious. His eyes were dark, teeth bared, face red and he was spitting blood when he spoke. "You, little sister, are going to suffer. Your pathetic mate can't protect you. Your pack. No one. You are no different from our parents. I thought I could change you. Make you into a version of yourself that I could be proud of. Oh, how I was wrong.""J-Jason," Indianna stuttered, her words barely audible. "I didn't want this to happen-""I don't want your fake pity!" He roared and Indianna flinched. "I don't want lies! I want revenge!"*Sugar, you know I will die before I let him get to you.*H
