Looking confused, Polly opened the bottle, and a putrid smell made her nose wrinkle.

‘He wants me to drink this foul thing?’ Polly wondered.

“It’s called a Gono Elixir. As bad as it smells, it will help you with your STD situation. Steve Anderson was not a clean man and has transferred it to you; with the help of this elixir, you will become clean again.”
