"I just found out something useful from one of my henchmen. I suspected it right from the beginning and this only confirmed my suspicion that Denver has fallen in love with a human." Kaylah said to me.

"What a waste of time this is." I said and slapped my palm against my forehead as i shook my head in disappointment.

"My so called brother may be a weakling and all but not to the point of being in love with a human. It is not possible. Not even we demons fall for each other." I said.

"Just get out. I have better things to do than listening to all this nonsense love talk." I told Kaylah.

"It's nothing but the truth Kyle. And if you want to get anywhere close to the throne of the demon realm, I suggest you aim for the girl." Kaylah added.

"Leave." I said and Kaylah frowned at me.

She sucked up the rest of the cigarette in one huff then let it out. By the time it cleared she wasn't there anymore.

Good riddens. Kaylah only came here to waste my time. As always, only seeking nothing bu
