Third Person Pov

Silver did not know how Octavia would look at him, like a monster or her mate. But as she stared at him in happiness his heart was filled with joy. He walked slowly to her and sat on the bed beside her, he looked down quietly. Octavia frowned, she did not think that this is how she will be welcomed by her mate. She was expecting a choking hug and a soft kiss, not her mate looking down at his shoes quietly.

“I’m sorry, I hurt you,” Silver whispered. Octavia finally understood, so this is why he was acting all gloomy? He is feeling guilty. Octavia didn’t know when a giggle left her. Silver looks at her surprised. Octavia laughed more as Silver frown deepens.
