Prologue

The Lithonia Kingdom, also known as the land of gems or land of luster, was a land of millions of priceless precious stones. Gold, gems, silver, and even the sea has an unlimited number of pearls.

Once upon a time, the Lithonia Kingdom controlled almost part of the land on earth. Making it the number one empire that is impossible to conquer. Legend has it that Lithonia was able to subdue small kingdoms because the first king, King Arthur Zafeiri, was a descendant of the gods, giving extraordinary power to each of his descendants who would lead Lithonia.

However, since 1000 years the founding of the Great Kingdom of Lithonia. There was a coup that was carried out by some members of the royal family who felt that the leadership of the king at that time, King Pieter Zafeiri the Great was very cruel, so that he could kill family members who dared to oppose his ambition to conquer the entire earth.

The coup ended tragically at the expense of the blood of the descendants of the First King Lithonia. War was inevitable, some people decided to leave the kingdom and go to the valley of hell, forming a new country called Fotia. While the Lithonia civil war broke out, the kingdom it split in two. Some remained and some founded a new kingdom called Edafos, which was led by the half-brother of King Lithonia.

The war and hatred between the three great kingdoms lasted for nearly 1000 years and wars, always won the Lithonia Kingdom, because the power of the gods that flowed in the blood of every king who would lead the number one kingdom in the world.

Exactly 2000 years of the founding of the Great Kingdom of Lithonia and exactly 1000 years of the division of Lithonia into three kingdoms. The current Lithonia Kingdom, led by His Majesty King Roderick Zafeiri, the King of Lithonia who is known to be very similar to his predecessor who brought Lithonia into civil war, King Pieter Zafeiri. King Roderick was famous for his strictness and cruelty towards anyone who dared to oppose him.

It is not easy to hold the title as the largest and richest kingdom, apart from the Edafos and Fotia Kingdoms, there are many other kingdoms that have tried to overthrow the Lithonia title as "Great Kingdom" making King Roderick a respected leader and tend to be feared for the sake of Lithonia's honor.

The King, His Excellency King Roderick Zafeiri for five years awaits the birth of the heir to the throne, in which only the main male has the right to be the heir. Even though he already had a son and eight daughters who were born by three of the king's seven concubines. However, only the son of the King and his legal wife, Queen Alexandra, had the right to inherit.

The happy times of having given birth to the heir to the throne did not seem to last long. At the time of the Crown Prince, Prince Nathan was suffering from a very serious rare disease at the age of only five years.

Queen Alexandra, who did not want her rights to be taken away, was forced to ask her little daughter, Princess Nathania to replace her twin brother's position as crown prince.

"The Crown Prince will not survive to adulthood, his disease is very severe and will slowly eat away at his body," said Doctor Franz, one of the royal doctors who had treated Prince Nathan for three months. 

"What should I do? His Holiness kept asking why Nathan was rarely seen? Should I lie to him again by saying Prince Nathan has a fever? do you know? He is not a person who is gullible, if he knows what really happened. So, the son of that woman will replace my son. No, I don't want that to happen." She said hysterically beside the body of her son who was lying weakly on the bed. 

"Calm down Your Majesty, Prince Nathan will definitely get well soon." Said Jia, one of the Queen's personal servants. 

"I don't know what to do with, Jia. It's enough they insulted me at that time as a woman who couldn't give an heir. But now, I have Nathan. Why? Why does this have to happen to my child? Why not the son of that woman, why?" She screamed hysterically. Doctors Franz, Jia and Helen could only try to calm her down.

The Queen's mental state deteriorated ever since accepting the fact that her beloved son was seriously ill and, perhaps, could not last until he ascended the throne. 

"Mother...!" Princess Nathania who had just entered her brother's room immediately called her mother. Carrying small blue flowers, while running, Princess Nathania intended to show her mother and brother what she had.

"Where have you been, Princess?" Asked Helena.

"Thania just came from the garden and picked this flower for Nathan. This flower is blue, Nathan likes blue," she replied with a sweet smile.

"A very beautiful flower, do you know what this flower is called?"

"I don't know!"

"This flower is called the forget me not flower,"

"Forget me not?"

"Yes, Princess,"

"Thania wants Nathan to see this flowers, when will Nathan wake up?"

"Then, let me put this flower in the vase, okay? When Prince Nathan wakes up, he will surely see the flowers that you gave him!"

"Is it true?" Asked Princess Nathania while showing her sparkling eyes.

"That's right, Princess!" Said Helen, she knew that if she didn't handle it right away, Princess Nathania would have been asking questions continuously and it was very bad in the midst of this condition.

"Nathania!" Queen Alexandra call her daughter as she rose from her place.

"Yes, Mother?"

"There's something I want to talk to you about!" The queen immediately grabbed Princess Nathania's hand and walked out of Prince Nathan's room.

The Queen led her away to the break room. The mother's hand felt cold and rough. Princess Nathania, who did not understand, could only look at her mother's back which looked very stiff and different from usual.

"Princess Nathania, from now on you must become Prince Nathan!" She said firmly.

A sentence that of course could not be understood by a child aged five years. Princess Nathania, who was standing in front of her mother, could only stare in confusion with a question in her head.

"How could Nathania be Nathan?"
