Sergio opened the door for Marilyn gentlemanly.

So Marilyn thanked him and got in the car.

Sergio started the car and waited for Malcolm.

Malcolm's voice on the phone was relatively loud. He seemed to be very angry.

After a while, he hung up the phone in rage and got in with the car door being fiercely pulled open.
