Chapter 21 Carina's Death

It was such a painful moment for Chelsey as Carina's sudden death had been announced, her father, Rouge was in a state of coma, and her only family whom she was expected to be on her side at this moment was in jail and had been the culprit for the Smith's tragedy.

"I am still here Chelsey. I will never leave you," Chad comforted Chelsey who was already in a hospital bed. She broke down after the doctor declared Carina's death.

Chad embraced Chelsey.

"You need to rest for now, my parents will be here to arrange Tita Carina's funeral," Chad told Chelsey while caressing her back.

Chelsey started to cry once again. She made a loud cry. She was grieving for her mother's death. How can she tell it to her father, Rouge who was still unconscious and had cancer? They were just starting a family and now it was broken.

"Chad, please don't leave me. Please stay by my side," Chelsey cried.

"Shhh! I won't leave you. Rest now, you need to be strong okay," Chad started to lay Chelsey on her hospital
