Chapter 8: Who Am I?

I stood at the corner and watched as my friends practiced and fought amongst themselves. I was fighting last with Miranda and I freaked out when it was made mention that she turned into a snake because it would soon be our turn to fight.

"It's going to be fine" june said and I smiled.

" I will try my best " I replied.

June fought with a guy his power was so lame and he couldn't even hold a sword properly..

And some how I wished I was her. And, Lex, he fought real well which I might have said out loudly.

"Yeah he did" Rachel winked.

June and Rachel stayed with me encouraging me that I will blast it but I couldn't concentrate what they were saying. I was lost in thought, thinking about Lex, how he kissed me and never showed up on our third day of trtraining.

And he didn't say a word to me, Who did he think he his. I hated him for treating me like a nobody after he stole my first kiss and ignored me later.

"Hey, destiny, you are up next" Rachel said giving me a encouraging glance.
