Stranger things

After work visited her new apartment. It was good as shown on the photo and she could move in immediately. Without wasting anytime she packed and left her crappy small apartment. The apartment was fifteen minutes away from work and no more transport. At least she saved some time in the morning.

A busy week for Lisa running up and down, making appointments, making errands and having to deal with Hecate for the rest of the week. The days at work were even longer.

After work on Friday she called Sammy.

"Hello?" A voice answered from the other end.

"Hey it's Lisa." She said.

"Ohh hey Lisa. So nice of you to finally call. I thought you bailed out on me." He laughed teasingly.

" No just got a really busy week. Anyways how are you?" She asked packing her things readying to leave the office.

"I'm fine thanks. So today you're still available right?"

" Gladly." Said Lisa. " Let me talk to you later it's kind of noisy out here." She added as she walked home.

" Well see you later then." Sammy drops the phone.

On her arrival home Lisa took a shower. She prepared for the night club wearing her favorite dresses. An off shoulder side cutout dress to taunt them with her hourglass figure and tease them with her huge curves with Gladiator high heels. For the face a dark red lipstick , her hair slicked into a nice ponytail.

To polish the look a nice quilted crossbody bag.

She calls Sammy one last time.

He agreed to pick her up around past nine. Lisa now has thirty minutes to spare and she decides to watch some TV. Luckily her favorite cartoon show was on.

A knock at the door Lisa rushed to who it is. It's Sammy he looked amazing in his expensive suit.

"Well hi. Let me just get my bag." Lisa quickly got her bag.

The look on Sammy's eyes was making her nervous. He was staring- like really staring. It's like he was hallucinating.

"Well shall we go?" Lisa asked and Sammy kind of snapped out of.

He took her by the waist and guided her to the car. "Well you look amazing tonight." He grin vigorously.

" Better than the first day we met?" She said teasingly.

" Well of cause not. Even though last time you didn't show much of your body." He said as helped get in the car. He hopped on the driver's sit and he starts the engine.

"So how's everything at work?" He asked still focusing on the road.

"Everything is good. Except that I have to deal with Hecate all the time. Could you believe he left her in charge for the whole week. We've been running up and down like some puppets." She angrily looks out side of the window.

"Hecate is like that to everyone. I wouldn't stress about her some much. She's trying really hard to be intimidating." He said it in a calm and comforting tone.

"Guess what? I'm not intimidated by her. I'm telling you I'm two minutes away of throwing her out of that building. She might as well suffer the same fate as my phone." Lisa glared at window imaging Hecate flying out of the the tall building.

"Same fate as your phone?" Sammy asked surprised.

" Yeah same fate as my phone. Can you believe that bitch threw my phone out of the window. 25 floors down." The image of her phone flying away was still glued in her mind.

"Seems like you guys had a really long week."

" The longest." When she looks around she could only see dark streets. Her mind focused on Hecate she didn't see where the car was going.

Still surprised by that, the car stops in front of an abandoned warehouse.

"Where are you taking me?" Lisa asked terrified. Maybe Sam's intentions were otherwise.

" Calm down. Trust me it's great." He went out of the car to open Lisa's door. She hesitantly steps out. " Now come-on." He guides her to the door.

" What is this place?" Lisa asked still confused and terrified.

"The nice spot in town." He said that loudly as spreads open his arms. Just then a someone peeps from the other side.

When he saw who it was he opens the door." Well nice to see you Sammy." The gaurd pats Sammy on the back guiding him in.

They are greeted by a tall buff guy. He the bouncer of the night club.

Inside the warehouse or club looked really nice. Bright colors flashing around she had never seen a club so fancy. Everything looked nice and detailed.

" Well nice to see you too Frank." Sammy smiled and turned towards the bunch of people dancing , drinking and having some fun.

Lisa could feel Frank's stare from the back and she turned to look at him. He found him definitely staring. When he saw looking back he winks and so Lisa uncomfortably turned away.

Not that Frank was any better. She could feel many more staring at her beautiful back. She quite gotten used to it.

Lisa makes sure to hold Sam's hand tight not to lose him in the crowd. At long last they finally reach a less crowded place. It was the VIPs lounge.

"How do you like the place so far?" He asked pulling her towards the bar.

"It's way nicer than I expected." Lisa said as she shifted her eyes around the room taking in the beauty.

"Glad to have excelled your expectations. Anything to drink?"

" Martin plz?" Lisa smiled.

" I like your style. Martin for the lady and one beer plz." He instructed the bar tender.

As they waited for the bartender to come with the drinks Sam's phone rang.

"What's up?" He sounded somehow unhappy.

" No I can't I'm busy. Can't you get someone else to do it." He expression turned cold.

" Reason with me here. I can't just leave." He looks at her as Lisa pretends not to be listening.

"Ohk fine." He sounded down and sad.

Disappointed he turns to Lisa. " Look I have to go."

"Duty calls huh? Well it's fine I'll be okay." Lisa replied as she received her martin from the bar.

"Thanks for understanding. And just so you know I would not intentional leave you here all alone." He sounded pained , disappointed.

" Don't worry about me. I'll be fine." She smiles and takes a sip from her glass.

Sam paid for the drinks and left the club. Once again Lisa was left alone.
