Julianne's POV

My eyes fluttered open meet a blinding sun, I looked up at the open blind less window and tried to remember how I got here. Because this is not my room and the view out side the window was surely not the same as mine.

I looked around the window in confusion trying to remember what happened last night, I remembered driving off to the suspects house with Damien and arresting them... I also met Mr Kim who said his name was not Kim but Jake. That was all I remembered before I lost consciousness, my back ached and I spotted a few bruises all over my body.

This is disgusting, I turned to walk out of the room and spotted a note on the floor, I picked it up and read;

Hello dear, it's me Jake, I am very sorry for lying to you but I couldn't sell myself out on the first day we met, though you are my soulmate but I wouldn't appreciate finding out that you tell the police about me.
