Chapter 004

"Ugh! Why do I even have to follow that Beast!?" I annoyingly said and slammed my backpack at the sink. I checked myself first, I put some lip tint and powder, then sprayed dome perfume all over my body, not caring if I'll be cleaning all this things up.

 

I started moping the floor, from the outside part to the floor of each cubicle, I even saw some sanitary pads on the trash bins and I can't believe that I really need to clean those up. Everything that I'm doing is all against my will. I cleaned everything up, wipe the cubicles and put the trashes out. Finally, how a long decade, note the sarcasm, I finally finished this fucked up punishment.

 

I looked again at the mirror and check myself, as usual, I still look so fresh and pretty. I took my powder and lip tint out and do the same routine I did earlier. I posed at the mirror in front of me and made a kissing sound before winking. I took my bag so I can finally go home but–

 

"Ahhhhhh!" I almost screamed my heart out when I saw someone, or should I say a beast, leaning on the doorway of the girls comfort room. His arms were crossed against his chest and when realization hits me I quickly pointed my finger on him. "How long have you been here!?" I asked accusingly, making him smirk.

 

"Long enough to hear the kiss." He stated, I felt my cheeks burning in so much embarrassment but I didn't give him the opportunity to see it.

 

"Ugh! Why are you so annoying, you Mr. Beast!" I frantically shouted it at his face, not caring if he's one of my professors. I took my backpack and walk out in him.

 

That's when I realized that it's already evening and uncle probably leaves without me. I took my phone out to check the time, it's already quarter to seven and I'm all hungry thanks to that freaking beast. I was about to walk again when I felt someone held my wrist. I look to see who it was only to be heated by the way he stares at me.

 

It was Klenz, back his normal and emotionless eyes that is now boring into me. I tried to calm myself when I felt my breathing ragged as electricity ran down my nerves because of his touch. I tried to pull my hands off from him but he was much stronger, his grip doesn't hurt me but it didn't let go of me either. He pulled me towards the parking area and I was even worried that some students might see us.

 

We safely got into the parking area and I don't think no one sees us. I thought he was going to let go of me but he didn't, he opened the passenger side of his car and pulled me inside without saying a word. I looked at him in amusement, his eyes weren't looking at me but I can't feel the tension that he was giving me earlier. He was even the one to put my seatbelt on before he went at the driver's side.

 

I don't know if I should talk even with all the silence but I am really confused by how he's treating me.

 

"Uhmm, you're not planning to abduct me, right?" I asked innocently and I saw how amusement shines in his eyes. His other hand was resting at the open window while his fingers were playing with his lips. I can't help but to gulp with the scene.

 

"Staring is rude." His voice thundered, waking me up to reality. I decided to look outside the window, just in case he's planning to kill me since he has a lot of reason to. "Stop overthinking, I'm not doing anything bad to you." His voice was so husky and I felt I just want to put him in my pocket, only, I couldn't.

 

I didn't utter any word while I was inside of that car, I was losing my breath and I feel like I'll lost consciousness once I met his dark brown eyes.

 

We stopped in front of a small yet elegant dining, this was pretty far from our campus so I don't think someone will recognize us here. He went out of his car so I followed immediately. 

 

"Good evening, Madam, Sir, table for two?" The maître d'hôtel welcomed us with his very fine smile. I must admit that looked so handsome with his formal attire, so I smiled back at him only to met Klenz's eyes, glaring at me. My forehead knotted at how he react.

 

"Yes, a table for two, please." Klenz answered and he was back on pulling me again as we followed the man in front of me. He guided us at the seat on the second floor where you can see the nice scenery of plants outside, there were also colors inside the fountain, making it more elegant.

 

"Why did you take me here? And please don't give me the 'guilty' card." I emphasized the second to the last word, making him chuckle. The atmosphere suddenly felt light because of that. We both looked at the scene below us before a waiter came to take our order.

 

She gave us the menu and I suddenly want to vomit when I saw the price of their servings. I uncomfortably turned my sight to Klenz, he was biting his lower lip while looking at me like he'd expect me to have this kind of reaction. 

 

"Have you chosen anything?" he asked, like it was normal to buy this kind of foods. I can even use the price of one dish as my one week allowance. Seriously, how come people buy this stuff's!? He seems to get what I meant because of my reaction so he was the who gave all the orders for the two of us. "We'll have two bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin, two jumbo lump crab meat, one honey roast duck and two braised short ribs."

 

My jaw literally fell while looking at the price of the foods he ordered.

 

"And for desserts, sir?" The waitress asked and I am not expecting that he'd also order some. Klenz looked at me and signalled me to choose the dessert I want, but damn, how could I fucking choose if all of this dish can even cost my life. 

 

I heard his quiet and deep chuckle, making me turn my attention to him, I saw him shaking his head before giving our orders.

 

"Chocolat au Crumble de Fraises for her and Mini Fruit Tarts for me. Also, I'd like to take out some Strawberry & Coconut Cake and Chocolate Mousse Cake." 

 

Fuck! I think I'm gonna puke.

 

"For drink, sir?" I badly want to headbutt this girl even if she's just doing her job. 

 

"Do you drink wines and cocktails?" Klenz faced me and my response was to immediately shook my head. "Just water?" He asked me again, and I nooded. "Okay, just water. That's all." The woman finally leaves our table with our order and I still can't gaped it. "You okay?" he asked me.

 

"Okay? Seriously!? You'll pay thousands of dollars just for dinner!?" I couldn't help but to raise my voice at him, nothing is wrong with that but the thought that he'll also be paying the part of my food overwhelmed me. No one has done that for me.

 

Our order was quick to be served, at first I didn't want to eat it because the design was so pretty, but at the end I had to if I don't want to starve to death. We finally finished our dinner and we were just sitting there before we go. I stared at him as he licked the sauce off of his lips. We were sitting side by side to each other when a naughty idea came into my mind.

 

I leaned closer to him, too close that even I was surprised, I prevented myself from smiling when his face was just inches away from mine. "I wonder what would you do if I kiss you?" I asked naughtily and grinned wider when I saw him staring at my lips. 

 

I move closer to him, making him held my waist. Another move and I was so ready to go back to my seat but what he did next stunned me. He pulled my nape closer to him and before I even knew it, his soft and luscious lips were already on mine.

 

He's kissing me!?
